“Clean, well maintained room. Very quiet. Good selection of breakfast items. Only c/o room air heat unit did not have any knobs to adjust temp in room. However, we definitely would stay here again.”

“This property is very nice and super clean. We were there mid-week, so it was really quiet. The location is about a block from the Coeur d'Alene bike trail, so perfect for us. Communication from the host was limited to instructions on how to get into and check out of the property. I would highly recommend this property and the host to anyone going to the Idaho Panhandle for a few days of recreation. We will certainly stay here again.”

The vrbo site was a little challenging to navigate to find the codes, once we did, it said to find the black box with a B on it, well there's probably 25 black boxes there and this box is more red then black and says Brink B on it (suggest changing the description on to red/black box). We finally called and verified it was the red and black and when we couldnt open it, it was our own dumbess,...

“The place was very clean, which made it easy to relax in. There were lots of sleeping options including a rollaway bed and bunk beds which was great for traveling with kids. The checkout process was simple which is always nice when traveling. I highly recommend this location and would stay here again in the future.”
