Granted our stay was over Halloween weekend, but seeing that there are bars and clubs less than a block away leads me to believe that it's all the time. I guess I can say that the one good thing about this property is the comfortable beds. But bring earplugs because nights are extremely noisy. The No Party and Quiet Hours per the rules on the booking make it sound like it may be a quiet place...
