Lakeside Retreat at the Boat launch!!

Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Harveys Lake. This lovely property features 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and your essentials. With amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, kitchen necessities and a washing machine, you will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We think our place will help you experience everything Harveys Lake has to offer. Bring your boat and stay right at the boat launch! Checking in:
Press YALE logo to wake keypad, or to lock behind you. Turn deadbolt from inside to lock.
From inside, you can press and hold the white button for Privacy Mode- effectively deactivating the lock from the outside.

Hot tub- please rinse off in the shower before getting into hot tub, as lotions, perfumes, detergents, etc., can affect the water quality. Seek medical advice as appropriate prior to use. Use at your own risk. Parents are responsible for the safety of minors near hot tub. Please ensure the cover is closed when finished using. To open, flip cover closest to parking lot over onto other side. Then push folded cover off backside allowing bracket to catch it. Reverse motions to cover back up.

Shed- Located Behind garage. Padlock key is hanging up inside by great room TV. Kayaks and life jackets available to use at own risk. We have launch permit stickers on each kayak. Parents are responsible for the safety of minors near kayaks or when they are in use. Additional yard games and chairs also available for use in the shed. Please be sure to return key.

Fire pit- located on the right side of the garage. How to use directions on fire pit. Please make sure gas is shut off at the tank when finished using. Chairs are located in shed for your use. Please return when done. Roasting stick are in the kitchen for hot dogs or marshmallows!

Laundry- There are additional blankets in the basket in each living area. A queen bed set for the pullout couch is located in the closet to the left of the kitchen garbage can. The pullout couch is located in the room with the dining room attached to it. There are additional towels in each closet located just outside of both bathrooms. Please use dedicated spa towels in the downstairs laundry closet for the hot tub only. Wash cloths and makeup towels can be found in the drawers of each bathroom vanity. At the end of your stay we ask that any used towels be placed in the washer or on the floor of the shower, and any used extra blankets be placed in the washer or directly in front of the washer either on the floor or in the provided laundry basket that is hanging on the wall to the right of the washer/dryer.

Bedrooms-
Bedroom 1: Located at the top of the stairs. Contains Queen bed, night stand, clock, closet, hangers, shoe rack, mirror, smart television.
Bedroom 2: Contains a twin bunk bed best for sleeping children, smart television, night light, closet, dresser. Please note, the top bunk has a weight capacity of 200lbs.
Bedroom 3: Contains Queen bed, 2 night stands, clock, clothing storage, luggage rack, smart television, work desk with chair.
Please ensure all items are returned to their original areas before checking out.


Garbage- Before leaving, please tie up garbage and place garbage bags in the garbage can just outside of the back door near the deck. If your stay is a Sunday into a Monday, if you are able- kindly take the garbage bin to the road and place near the mailbox facing street. Please be sure to bring back to original location if your stay goes into Tuesday.


Board games- Please enjoy all games located in the great room! We kindly ask that you return all board games and pieces to their original boxes so the next guests can enjoy as well!

Off limits- Closet to the right of the laundry area is our supply closet. The garage is also locked, you can find amenities in the shed behind the garage using the key by the entry door. The basement is currently off limits while we build our future game room for your enjoyment!

Outdoors- There’s a seating area on the deck, as well as chairs in the shed behind the garage that can be used. We kindly ask that you place the shed chairs back in the shed after use.

Outdoor grill- Can be used seasonally. Covered year round. Please remove cover when in use. Grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen. Please follow directions on the grill. Shut off gas when finished using.

Pack-n-Play- Located in the twin bunk bed room in the closet. Mattress has a protector and clean sheets.

Kitchen- The kitchen has many necessities that are available to use at your leisure. We kindly ask that you wash and put things back in their respective locations after use.

Dishwasher- tabs and liquid located under the kitchen sink

Air conditioning/Heat- thermostat in the front room. Turn outside of thermostat to raise or lower temperature. If you wish to switch from heating to cooling or vice versa, press the face of the thermostat and select the mode option and turn the dial to select Heat or Cool or Off.

Washer/dryer- supplies above washer and dryer.

Bathrooms- supplies located in each vanity. Additional towels in each closet located outside of both bathrooms.

You may see our lawn care company during your stay, they come only during the day and act quickly and respectfully.

Check-Out:
-Please place all used towels in the washer or in the showers.
-Please turn off all indoor lights.
-Please bag up all trash and leave in the trash bin outside. If you are checking out on a Monday, please take trash bin to the curb Sunday night.
-Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle.
-Please make sure the hot tub cover is on.
-Don’t forget to log out of any tv accounts you may have used to prevent others from using ours!


House Rules
-Please remove your shoes upon entering the house
-Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in the house or within 50 feet of the house/deck.
-No candles inside or outside of the house.
-Please turn off the stove and oven directly after use.
-Eating and drinking should be limited to the kitchen, bar, and dining room table. Please refrain from eating/drinking in the bedrooms.
-Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
-Pets are not allowed
-Changing any locks or codes is prohibited
-Please respect our neighbors and their privacy
-Guests are responsible for any damages that they cause during their stay
-Help us conserve energy by turning off the lights and appliances when not in use
-No tampering with exterior security camera
-Please do not rearrange furniture or decor without permission
-Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property
-Please check in with us prior to your stay to let us know if there will be visitors/friends
-Illegal activities, & the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
