“Mystic Springs was exactly what we needed for our time in Canmore/Banff. Check in and out were seamless. Franco was immediately responsive to my questions. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub was a bonus. I have already recommended it to two other families I know are coming later this fall.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay at the Frigga. We chose this unit because it was a 3 bedroom and we wanted the young adults to have their own room. Be sure to read all the reviews. I totally missed that this unit listed 2 bathrooms, but there is only 1 with a bathtub/shower. The main floor bathroom is a powder room so essentially the unit has only 1 shower. “When we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned. There were towels lying on the floor, beds were not made, nothing was cleaned. We called the property manager and all he did was yell. Very unpleasant exchanges. He did organize for the cleaners to come. We ended up being late for dinner while the cleaners were cleaning. He did not even offer a proper rebate. We could not find another place last minute and hence had to stay here. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!”

“The house is a town house. From the outside it’s just ok, but once inside it’s a very house. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is fine and with a nice dining table, and the living room is small but with a fire place and a huge TV The location is great; there are plenty of restaurants and a Safeway nearby. "Alojamiento tipo motel, muy envejecido. Las instalaciones eran antiguas, aires acondicionados extremadamente ruidosos, ducha sin apenas presión, cama de matrimonio muy pequeña para la amplitud de la habitación. La limpieza diaria bastante deficiente y cama mal hecha. No se si preferíamos que no la hicieran. Lo bueno es que si no llegas muy tarde tienes aparcamiento justo frente a tu habitación. Tiene buena ubicación dentro de Canmore, con servicios accesibles incluso a pie. Un poco lejos de Lago Louise (alrededor de una hora de coche) pero la zona es tan bonita que no te importa demasiado el tiempo de trayecto. Otro punto a favor es que pudimos hacer la colada nosotros mismos por unos pocos dólares. El personal de recepción fue muy amable."
