“Our stay was very relaxing. The Veranda was our favorite. The beach was quiet and the kids loved it along with the pool. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and the large walk-in shower was nice. Guest had left some nice beach items like chairs and beach toys, which was helpful. We loved having direct access to the beach, you cannot beat that. We did have some difficulty with the stairs especially upon arrival trying to carry our suitcases, groceries ...

“Our experience here was somewhat spoiled by the holiday weekend. The property was packed and we did not go near the pool. We put the ac on fan all night to help offset conversations right outside our window. Took 30 minutes Sunday to get to historic St Augustine and more crowds. Oh well! But what a beautiful beach for swimming and people watching! We even enjoyed our storm view from couch! The place was very neat and clean and high-functioning, with a comfy bed. Good value!”
