House is beautiful, clean and spacious, full of sunlight. it's wonderful for a family, great open kitchen and living area where everyone can hand out during the day. We stayed for 2 weeks during Labor day weekend. My husband and I had to work for a few days, house has office space with desk and office chair which made it very easy to work. Location is great. “There was a glitch with our stay. But, Andrew assured we were taken care of with our stay in Vero Beach over our Christmas stay visiting our nephews family for the holiday, excellent communications by Andrew. We would definitely stay at our hosts property again! Thank you Andrew! ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a week and 1/2. The pool was great, lots of restaurants near by, the house was clean. Only thing missing was washcloths, hand soaps and hot pads for the kitchen if you cooked something in the oven. We left the soaps and stuff we bought there, so hopefully the next guests won’t have to worry about that. All in all a wonderful place to stay”

“I must say my stay was absolutely perfect. The unit was very well maintained and clean. To sum it all up you want regret this stay it’s peaceful and a perfect location. The hosts are really nice and great customer service.”

“We loved our stay! The rental was clean, had everything we needed, including beach essentials and our host,Kyle, even got us a cooler! But location was the icing on the cake- we could walk to all of the best restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. Kyle was easy to get in touch with and answered questions in a matter of minutes!”

The pool heated fast for us to enjoy since it was cooler outside. Community pool was also nice. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 will recommend this to other families/friends looking for a nice getaway.”
