“The owner had great communication the whole trip. The gated community is nice and quiet. There are stores and restaurants close as well as quick and easy access to the parks. The house is nice, lots of rooms and beds. The pool was a nice touch and clean. We were looking forward to the heated jacuzzi, but it only had jets and stays the same temp as the pool. Overall great property”

“My husband and I stayed here for a week and 1/2. The pool was great, lots of restaurants near by, the house was clean. Only thing missing was washcloths, hand soaps and hot pads for the kitchen if you cooked something in the oven. We left the soaps and stuff we bought there, so hopefully the next guests won’t have to worry about that. All in all a wonderful place to stay”

“House, location, and description all matched perfectly to what we experienced while staying in Miami. Patrick was very helpful and quick with his communication through out our entire stay. My family and I would definitely return for another stay here while visiting the area. The walk to the beach was short, the beach was clean and very minimal crowds while we were there. Patrick had great recommendations for restaurants in the area and close grocery stores. Overall a wonderful experience. ”
