“Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. “Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”

The bad: extraordinarily poor value with subpar basic amenities (threadbare towels and sheets, no hand towel for bathroom, no dish towel for the kitchen, worn out and uncomfortable couch, stopped up tub/shower drain). “The apartment was very clean and great for 2 people. The evenings were very quiet which was great for sleeping. The apartment has a mini split which was great to cool the space really quickly since we were here during a warmer weekend. It is very close to Javits and is an excellent option for people attending tradeshows. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower was very low. But the apartment had everything that could be needed like hair dryer and washer/dryer.”
