  • Sea uno de los primeros en alojarse en nuestro condominio recientemente remodelado en la emblemática residencia de Pat's at Punaluu frente a la playa. Esta unidad decorada con buen gusto ha sido completamente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar, incluyendo ropa de cama nueva, toallas y utensilios de cocina. Hay una cocina completa con un horno de rango, refrigerador y horno de microondas. También hay una lavadora / secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia. Asegúrese de despertarse temprano en la mañana para ver el amanecer desde su lanai frente al mar. Escucha el suave oleaje mientras bebes tu vino mientras te relajas después de tu día perfecto. El condominio está ubicado en el piso 5, hay un amplio estacionamiento en el lote reservado para nuestros huéspedes. Este complejo se completa con una espectacular piscina y una pequeña sala de pesas. Si prefiere nadar en el océano, hay una hermosa playa de arena blanca justo al otro lado de la piscina.

Fantastic location!! Steps from the beach, right in the backyard… We enjoyed being away from the city, but easily within driving distance… There was known driveway repair / construction- which has to be done even in paradise - which was a little difficult with parking, but easily sorted and again… these things happen…. Great stay!!

Great location, exactly as pictured!We had a nice stay here—the place looks exactly like the photos and you can't beat being right on the beach!We did have an issue with the AC when we checked in, but the hosts were responsive and had it completely replaced two days later. The beach chairs provided were a nice thought, though they've seen better days and could use an upgrade.The only real downside was the parking situation, which was tougher than expected. We were initially told we could park in the BHL or hot-pink marked spots, but security informed us only BHL spots were allowed, and there aren't many of them. On the bright side, if you end up having to park down at the local store, you can grab your essentials and a hot dinner—just keep in mind it’s a bit farther than just "across the street."

The balcony and view was the only thing that lived up to expectations. Air conditioning didn’t work. Bedroom so small it was wall to wall bed. No room to even get in. Had to wait two days to get internet fixed. Parking was terrible. Not enough spaces because of construction. Needed many repairs…,,

This property was in bad bad condition, I have to clean everything towels, bedding sheets, pillows the person never washed the sheets, found bed bugs in sofa bed, and lot of insects in the bathroom, no is the description, elevator was damage, key box wasn’t mark with number of the apartment, the parking lot is under construction no space to parked, old old property outside and inside, they have just a portable AC connected to the window poor design , need to clean, with alcohol mattress and sofa bed put a gas boom to kill wherever was in that place, during the day AC wasn’t enough to cool the areas , no room AC just a fan, no curtains to block the light coming from the balcony door, apartment very easy Heath the 90 degrees inside. This apartment requires an update immediately.

The unit was remodeled nicely. The location was great to travel to different parts of the island. The host had great communication and answered any questions in a timely fashion. I think the only thing to be aware of is that the building that the unit is in is doing some upgrades to the parking lot. So at the time of our stay parking spaces were at a premium. The onsite staff was very helpful trying to find everyone parking spots.

Good place on Oahu

Everything thing was good, the bed was a little soft. The location was great as we had most of our activities on the north shore. We would stay there again.

The location was great, and having the beach so close to the property was mainly what we were looking for. The parking lot construction that was supposed to be over was still very much going on, and the parking situation was pretty inconvenient because of that. There's no designated loading area. The condo itself was decent but there were several things that were broken (toaster, box fan, the big clock was out of batteries). Some info was out of date because of ongoing construction (trashchutes are closed, there's no recycling at this time). And this is no one's fault but the condo directly below this one was being remodeled, very loudly, most of the day. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time, if possible.I'd stay in the area again but probably not this condo.

Hidden Gem

We loved the property and the easy access to the beach. Turtles visit frequently, which makes for a fun experience. The only downfall to this property is the hour drive to downtown and most tourist attractions. If you plan to spend most of your time on the North Shore, this is the perfect location.

Beach front vacation

Beautiful beach front property. We watch the sea turtles and whales from the deck.Construction was going on but we were updated about it by Sandra.

Great View, Great Beach

A perfect apartment for two, comfortably and attractively furnished, clean and well kept. We spent most of our time on the balcony with its beautiful view or on the sandy beach, a great place to swim.

Great location and awesome beachfront

This property is in a great location, right on the beach and close to all kinds of great food and hikes. Sandra was very helpful and responsive, and the apartment was in great condition!

Wonderful place, perfect location!

If you’re looking to stay outside of Honolulu this is a great place to stay! We saw and heard the ocean every morning and evening from our balcony. Short drive to everything we wanted to do and see! We would recommend this place!

Short stay at Pats

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was good except the construction noise in the mornings and the muddy parking lot. (It had been raining a lot). We would recommend this place.

Great place to stay

It was so great. The bed was so comfortable and the pull out couch was an easy way to have another bed. The balcony looking over the ocean was so peaceful. It was a fun spot to sit and read in the morning. Checking in was super easy and Sandra responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great place to stay!!

Sleeping quarters were unacceptable. One side of bed is against the wall and one person has to climb over the other to get out. Location is great and access to beach is great. Bathroom could use upgrade. Place was clean

Great relaxing stay

The property is secluded and very relaxing. Turtles on the beach every morning and a very relaxed vibe. We didn’t want to leave.
