“We loved the beautiful property. We were looking forward to the open air bungalow and it was fabulous! Hilo usually has evening rains and it was just lovely. There are sunshades and curtains throughout the house, so if you don't want quite so much open air, or more privacy, you can close them. It is the perfect size for 2 people. We will be back again.”

“It was an absolute joy staying here. The property was like a zen garden. The neighborhood was very peaceful and it was super easy to find the place. ( I found it in the dead of night during a rain shower) Most everything you need is provided, slow cooker, silverware of all varieties, cups and mugs, small fridge, soap and shampoo, cutting board and butcher knife and other convinces. I needed to go to the ER early the next morning and the host confirmed that we found the right hospital and not an immediate care or children’s hospital. “8 of us stayed at this wonderful property (5 adults and 3 kids under 10). It was just perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the location as for us we wanted to explore Volcano National Park and much of the east side of the island. We did go to Kona for a day which was easily accessible as well. Hilo is awesome and so is this house!”
