“Some of the staff are friendly and the room is clean. No hair dryer and microwave oven in the room so seems like nothing to use. The location is great and the room is fine.”

“The room and facilities were good though the bathroom has a window grill open to outside so was freezing cold at night, to cold to stay in for a shower etc. We ate at the restaurant, the steak was amazing, perfectly cooked but and they didn't deliver to the table any of the sides we had ordered so we had steaks, no potatos, no veggies, and some how we were charged $29 for what we are pretty sure was a $17 glass of wine. “The whole hotel experience is ordinary. Breakfast was ordinary, some barely warm. The restaurant menu was not particularly interesting - but the pricing was incredibly expensive. We decided bar snacks and they were fine, but again ordinary. Honestly the hotel feels pretentious - and needs to upgrade its product across the board to meet the expectation.”
