“The staff was confused when I got there, could not find my booking which I paid for in full online with credit card. They were unaware that Expedia is associated with hotels.com. Also, upon arrival I had to pay an additional 1000 baht deposit for key. This was not mentioned online and is something the customer should be notified of.”

“We checked in late and the staff were polite and very helpful! The hotel was clean and they offered breakfast, laundry service and bottled water every day. The hotel is located on a busy street so it’s not the quietest, but it didn’t interrupt our stay. It’s easy to get taxi’s and travel around the city. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Everything went well. The internet worked as it should, rooms were clean, there are beverages, including beer, you can buy from the fridge on the first floor. You simply pay the staff working the front desk. Staff and cleaning crew were all friendly. The hotel is kind of 'off the beaten path', so other than a small shop across the street selling some snacks and such, you need to walk about 10 minutes to find a restaurant cooking food. “Very nice place with very kind staff! The manager even offered me a ride when she saw me walking with my large suitcases and then gave me two bananas to welcome me! I was so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is very strong and effective.
