We enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable and having downstairs bedrooms made accessabiliry easier for my elderly parents. We even had an exciting experience seeing a bear one evening!

Fully equipped kitchen, with both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig! The upstairs bedroom is much hotter than the downstairs bedrooms. There is an AC up there, though.Very clean and perfect for a larger group. There are three bedrooms, two of which have bathrooms attached. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was really pricy for what it was. Poor customer service prior to and upon checking in - limited or no response to questions. They said they would try their best to accomodate 1 hour early check-in. Upon arrival, I was not able to access the unit. When I called, the lady said, "Well honey, check-in is at 4pm." (it was 3:15PM and the place was empty) I explained that I had already requested and someone told me they would try. Considering the unit was ready and the request was communicated in the morning, there was no reason it should have been inaccessible or for no one to follow-up. She said, "Well, you could have called us." (VRBO does not list phone numbers due to privacy) Did not appreciate the passive aggressive tone. Asked if it came with basic supplies before we left, received no response. Discovered after checking in, it lacked basic things a hotel would have (shampoo/conditioner/body soap). The kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies (oil, S&P). Woman said, "Well we own so many properties, we can't provide all of that. Feel free to check out the Dollar Store." I let her know this was the reason I inquired earlier, so I could just bring what I needed from home. Internet stopped working which is not fun with 2 kids. Hot tub cover - no instructions, after figuring it out, realized there was 0 room to maneuver to put a VERY heavy cover back on. Because it was so difficult, we only used it once. Won't rent again.

Excellent experience and beautiful space. Well appointed and very clean as well. The beds were SO comfortable that we checked the mattresses to see what brand they were. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect family home

3 bedrooms and bathrooms make it nice for families! Having very few steps to enter and two bedrooms on the bottom floor made it easygoing for handicapped family. Hot tub was nice in the evenings and the kitchen is perfectly stocked.

Adore this quiet neighborhood.The home has a very good layout and the rooms are nice sizes. 3 bath 3 bed...The kitchen is perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Helen trip

The rental property was gorgeous and management was very accommodating during our stay. Staff is very responsive and issues were fixed right away. Its about a 5 mins drive to downtown Helen but the location is secured and in a beautiful gated golf course neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Overall a very lovely place, I would probably stay here again but just not for a week we weren't that impressed with the dining scene. The washer does a wonderful job but the dryer does not. It would take over an hour to dry one small load of clothes.

Best friends

Everthing was awesome. I would stay there again for sure. Only two things that we were disappointed with. The couch had stains. And the upstairs mattress needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. Location was perfect. The hot tube was very clean even though we didnt use it. We can't wait to come back.
