- This townhome has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating.
There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Lark's Nest Mountain View is a Luxury property and available to families or to guests 25 years or older.
• Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed.
• Access: The road and driveway are paved
• Pets: Pets are not allowed at Lark's Nest Mountain View.
• Location: 1 mile to downtown Helen.

Awesome location and comfortable accommodations!
The property is exactly as advertised. It sits right behind the main part of Helen, but is in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Everything about our stay was efficient, user-friendly, and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Everything we wanted!
This property was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway! Check in was a breeze, the property manager checked in several times prior to our stay and during the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. The property was clean and orderly and conveniently located to everything you would want to experience while in Helen!

My best friend & I had a wonderful stay at the Lark’s Nest in Helen, GA. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, & several personal touches that made us feel right at home during our girls weekend. The communication was fantastic; check in and check out was so easy. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Helen, GA.

Stayed over the 4th of July
Very quiet subdividing in gated community. Security was very friendly. The duplex is nice cozy and clean. Everything was as described.. Owner Even called after check in just to make sure everything was ok and I thought that was a very nice touch. Would stay here again.
