This is a spacious (about 2400 sf) 2-storey property in almost an acre lot with privacy all around. There is a deck with privacy at the back with golf course less than 100 feet away. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a separate dining area, a living room, and a full kitchen with a large Kitchen Island. The living room opens to the deck outside with a grill on it. There is 1 bed/1 bath at the Main Level and 2 beds/2 baths (including Master Bed) at the Upper Level. All the bedrooms have really big closets and spacious baths. You will love them. The house has ONE ORANGE ROOM with bunk beds for kids and adults alike. Every bedroom has a bedside table with in-built sensor lamp with adjustable lights for any mode (including sleep mode). There is vanity table in the Master Bed and there are wine stands in Master Bed and Guest Bed at the main level. Each bedroom has giant TV`s and there is one in Living Room too. There is a nice shelf with books (for kids and adults) and different board games at the corner of the living room. Dining table accommodates 6 and Kitchen Island accommodates another 6. There is a large table in the closet by the side of dining area that can seat up to 8 to be used at the deck. Also, there are scooters for kids at the back of the kitchen (in the front of Storage Room). Please message or call us for any inquiry on any of the features or amenities. We wish you a great experience at Bob`s Hilltop Paradise. We would like you to observe some basic house rules while fully enjoying your stay.

1. Please do NOT park on the street. Please Park only on the driveway that can fit up to 4 cars.

2. Please keep pets on leash all the time and take care of pet disposal.

3. After 9 pm is quiet hour and please keep the noise limited to inside and at the back deck.

4. After playing games, please put them back in the drawer or wherever you picked them from.

5. Please out the dishes in the dishwasher before leaving and turn it on.

6. Up to 2 pets allowed for $125 fee. Additional pet is $75 per pet.
