Well your master bathroom shower needs some repairs, to the door. Does not open, and the shower faucet doesn’t turn all the way to the hot water. Just minor repairs hopefully you can fix them soon, otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

We only stayed one night but having the garage really helped since the rain was awful.The townhouse was comfortable and inviting.Having the exact directions really helped and we had no trouble at all finding the place (even at night and in the rain).

Not what we expected

It was hard to find.The floor in the bathroom was very sanded and the living room floor was not clean remote control for the TV was old and didn’t work properly (not sure if the battery was good) and the remote bottom up and down has issues.The pot and pants was old and worn out need replaced.The master bedroom mattress was hard has a rock and the mattress had a lot of urine stains and was the pillow was flat the shower door didn’t stay closed when you showered.We was very disappointed with our decision to stay there.

Great little getaway.

Our stay here was great. The property was probably he cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in and everything was new. The location is great as it is minutes from downtown. The actual property itself felt much larger than the photos seemed to show. Having the 2 car garage was great as well. The check-in and checkout process was super simple. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place. If we come back to Helen we will definitely check this unit for availability again.

Winter getaway

The townhouse was perfect. Did not disappoint. Perfect location, 5 minutes from Helen. Beautiful view, beautiful town. Getting to the property was a bit tricky, was hard to tell between the actual road and golf course. But other than that it was perfect. Would definitely come back.

Magical time of the year!

We chose this townhome for the convenience of location to Main St in Helen. We wanted to be there to kick off the Christmas season with their annual tree lighting. It was a great time. The holiday market was in full swing. The days are numbered for family vacations that my young adult and teens will be taking with us. I soaked it all in. It truly felt magical. We had fun playing Cranium each night when we returned from festivities. The fireplace was charming after a cold day outside. The home was big enough to accommodate our family of 6, utilizing the pull out couch. My husband and kids arrived early in the day and I arrived much later at 2am after driving from my Thanksgiving day shift at the hospital. It was a tad tricky navigating to the townhomes for the first time in the dark. I almost drove a golf cart path by mistake. The home had

Breathtaking 18th hole townhouse

The town house was great and had everything you need! Great views of the golf course and perfectly location to Helen! Not walking distance but parking was easy enough. We had so much fun and the fire pit outside was very enjoyable. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Coffe maker was great for my jumping goat coffee pods I bought on the way up.very quiet and perfect place to stay for a week or longer. Right by the golf club so a round of golf was so much fun. Book this place you won’t be sorry! Unless you just don’t know how to enjoy life.not suggested for those older or in poor health due to the stairs.

Celebrating Oktoberfest

We had a wonderful weekend in Helen! The location of this townhouse was perfect for our families needs and wants. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do yet far enough away from the craziness of the town. (It’s Oktoberfest, of course there was craziness lol) Our host was very accommodating, answering our questions and taking our calls. (Only two, but she was very easy to get a hold of) She offered some really great recommendations as well! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Great Stay, Excellent Location, Stunning Views & Excellent Amenities

We can't say enough about how much we loved this property! My wife and I were traveling with another couple, and everyone was very pleased with the booking. The townhouse was beautiful inside and out, and very clean. The location was very private and had stunning views of the surrounding hills and the resort fairways. Nearby was a pond with a bridge and water fountain which was pleasant to listen to when we were sleeping with the slider door open. The townhouse itself was immaculate, and stocked with essentials, such as pots and pans, coffeemakers(traditional and Keurig), and coffee, tea, and sugar. There was a large selection of board games available in the entertainment center, and dozens of channels to choose from on the tv, from many different apps. The two bedrooms were spotless, and the front bedroom had a veranda with beautiful views. The two car garage actually fit both of our large vehicles with room to spare. There were a few issues, which I will mention, but they were very minor. The electric fireplace was non functioning, and there was no vacuum or broom in the townhouse. We also saw a cockroach, once, on the last day, in the master bedroom. Overall though, we absolutely loved this property and would definitely consider making yearly trips to stay here agin.

Mountain getaway

We enjoyed our stay here! The communication was excellent which made things go smoothly for our trip. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was easy access to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend visiting Anna Ruby Falls and Cool River tubing, both were so enjoyable!

Friends Gathering and checking out Helen before my son’s 10/18 wedding at Yonah Mountain

Wonderful stay, very spacious and clean. Beautiful view! Hard to navigate to at first but after we figured it out no problem!! We were 5 adults and my dog. No issues at all! Jessica was very responsive to my questions! Would highly recommend!

Helen town house early checkout and no offer for refund for the one day

Arrival on Helen , then was easy through front gate at Vallhala resort. Hazzardous roads to get to hard to find property lication. Would definately not recommend this in a rainstorm or freezing conditions. Steep inclibe to get to property is only wide enough for 1 car. Pray you have no oncomming traffic. Finally arrived at townhome. Checkin cide worked. Should have let people know that tyou have to lug all your luggsge at leadlst 20 narrow stair steps just to get to kitchen and living room. You need to carry this another 20 pluscstairs to get to the bedroom. Would not advise for eldery people. Finally wifi did not work. Had to reset box upon advise of host. Ac in upstairs bedrooms did not even movee 1 degree in 2 hours. The home was hot when we arrived. Second level kitchen and livingroom cooled. Bedrooms did not. Front desk at resort connected us with Frank. We booked Frank for transpirt back to town fir dinner and to explore Helen. He also picked us up abd brought us back 4 hoyrs later. Super great guy. Highly recommend Frank. Ask for him at the Front Desk. Tgey will provide his number. To our demise Ac in bedroom did not cool down like we were informed would happen. Didn't sleep all night and at 4 am booked a hotel in town. We packed up and checked out by 8:30. One day early. Huge AC water leak was on garage floor. Unfortunate I had to incurre extra cost. After checkout was infirmed they sent a AC person which saif AC was just fine and it was only like this because hot.

Last minute Helen trip

Booked a last minute Helen trip and found this gem of a townhouse! Excellent place, excellent location in the Valhalla Resort area and close to everything. Got lots of emails from company with directions, check in and checkout locations, local restaurant recommendations etc which was great! The house was very clean and mostly well stocked. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was a few hurdles during checkin and checkout. The house was a little difficult to find in the dark ( despite good directions from owner) and when we finally got there, our lockbox code would not work. I called the contact phone number but received no response and no assistance. Thankfully we figured out what we were doing wrong and were able to get in about 15 mins later but it was a little scary being unsure if we were trying to get into the right or wrong home at 10:30pm. Also, I was bombarded with emails after booking but not one response back to my simple request for a late check out. Check out is at 10am and we would have loved an extra hour or so at this beautiful home but since we didn’t hear back, we landed up leaving a little after 9am that morning. Overall short but comfortable stay. Would love to visit again when we have more time to stay.

The Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club is a beautiful neighborhood nestled in the hills of Helen, GA. This particular townhome was tricky to find at first because of the GPS taking us to the Golf Clubhouse but if you follow the directions that are sent to you by the Host, it's easy to find. The townhome is very spacious and we really enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony each morning while waiting for the sun to peak over the mountain top. The place was very clean and equipped with enough cookware and utensils so that we could fend for ourselves instead of eating out. The location is great for getting to Main Street Helen pretty quick, but yet far enough for peace & quiet. Going out the back of the neighborhood gets you quickly to the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest where you can visit Anna Ruby Falls... a must see! Golfing at Valhalla was so much fun and everyone was super friendly wherever we went. We highly recommend this place and will come again!
