The roads to CHARMING are fully paved and level, making arrival easy for all types of vehicles. Complimentary parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Because CHARMING is a two-story home, stairs are required between floors. The king suite is on the main level, while the two queen bedrooms and shared bathroom are upstairs.

PET-FREE PROPERTY

CHARMING is a pet-free property and is carefully maintained for guests who prefer a pet-free place to stay.

ARRIVAL AND GUEST SUPPORT

Check-in instructions and a unique keyless-entry code are sent electronically. We typically give you a quick call once CHARMING is ready on arrival day, then give you space to enjoy your stay while remaining available by phone or message if needed.

After booking, guests will receive a JuBelas Rentals guest agreement with reservation details, house rules, and practical information for the stay. An Innsbruck HOA amenity waiver must also be completed before using the community amenities.
