“We had a nice stay. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the house during the day and it was kinda rainy when we were there so we did not get to enjoy the large deck and river location but it lots of comfortable outdoor chairs and dining table.”

“If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is it. It’s a really nice, renovated house right on the river , that has all the necessities you might need. It has plenty of board games ( for a rainy days) as well as the outside fun activities( valleyball net, fire pit, bird feeders). Nicole, was quick to respond to my question and the check in process was easy.”

“This is a perfect place for vacation. The house is fully furnished and full supply inside, with many decorated pictures and deer statues make us feel like living in our home. Environment area are quiet and clean, Host is just across the street and provide help if needed instantly. This give another point. We would come back if there is a chance and also strongly recommend to others.”

WE AS IN 8 ADULTS AN 9 KIDS ALL AGES HAD A BLAST PLENTY ROOM IN HOUSE, KIDS NOT UNDER FOOT ALL THE TIME NICE DECK OFF HOUSE AND THE LAKE,THE BEST LOTS OF FISH LITTLES CAUGHT FISH TILL THEY WERE TIRED OF IT ..PLENTY OF TV'S .WE TOOK OUR GOLFCARTS WHICH WE WERE GLAD THE LAKE IS A COUPLE MIN WALK ,GARAGE WAS EMPTY HAD PLENTY OF SPACE TO PUT, THEM AWAY AT NITE.ALL THE BUNCH FAMILY'S AN HAMRICK FAMILY;S THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL FAMILY FLING !!!! NOW EVERYONE BACK TO SCHOOL !!!! THE BEST”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was quite & peaceful. We were able to sit on the porch & watch the river flow by. We kayaked down to the property & it was a little tricky to get out there, so that could be improved. But it was a beautiful river trip! The bathroom is pretty dated but it was clean so we were ok with it. The Keurig did not work right so we contacted the homeowner and they delivered a new Keurig that day (thank you). We didn’t care for the fact we had to haul the bag of trash hanging out...
