“Pleasantly surprised by the apartment, the price was really affordable compared to other places so I didn't know what to expect but I was really happy with the place, super clean, modern appliances, way more spacious than I thought. The only cons were the neighbors, walls are pretty thin but by the time we were going to bed (10-11pm) it was super calm again and last parking could be a struggle, but I think we got pretty lucky and always managed to park super close like just 1 minute or 2 walking...

The location is excellent and we loved that there was a grocery store and some food options within waking distance. The communication from the host was excellent, as well. “This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that. All in all, great value and comforable...

“Nice apartment. NOT IN BEVERLY HILLS. In Koreatown. Parking is a shared retail lot. Not a large one. If they fill up, which happens at night... no parking. Owner should respond quicker to renter queries.”

“La casita era una monada i las camas cómodas (éramos 3 y la supletoria era còmoda también). La zona tranquila y segura, se puede salir a cenar (no como en otras zonas de la ciudad). La situación está bien si tienes coche: está a 20 minutos del paseo de la fama y a menos de 10 minutos en coche de Venice Beach...”

“We stayed right off sunset strip. All the attractions were easy to get to.”

“We came as an adult family group and the apartment was just perfect for that. Our stay was great. Plenty of room for everyone and the home was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood has everything you need within an easy walk. The beach and pier are a few blocks away. The businesses are very pet friendly and all of the business operators were outgoing and welcoming. Every restaurant we tried was good and there was something for everyone, even with our wide variety of dietary preferences....
