“This is a great property that shows the owners care about their guests. Our family stayed over a weekend wedding. The owner was excellent at communicating, and the property itself has obviously had some careful thought put into what a renter would want. The little things like laundry detergent, q-tips, cotton balls, extra bedding, and sufficient towels made our stay easy. The house is laid out well, with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the living room, dining and kitchen space. ...

“1st I thought we'd be alone in the building, the tenant next door cooked fish and our whole unit stunk, the smell stayed our entire stay. The neighbors dogs barked constantly especially at night. The walls are so thin you could hear everything next door. The sofa smelled like dirty dogs. The swimming pool is a rusting tub and the backyard was a mess. Very unhappy with the stay, the worst one I've ever rented.”
