“perfect hotel”

“Superb pub and rooms steeped in local history - Robert Plant started his career here playing blues guitar aged 15 in the upstairs blues club (sadly not there anymore but the history is palpable). The pub is a treasure trove of history, and so well preserved, from the original staircases and ceramic tiling on the walls, to the original bar. My room was just sheer excellence. “The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...

“Buen hotel”

“We enjoyed our recent stay in a ground floor, twin bed, en-suite room. There was handy parking, a friendly welcome, a lovely clean and comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the room was warm and cosy, and we would be happy to stay again.”

“Nothing good to say. It was very run down shower tap coming away from wall no hot water ,floor was wet in main area. painted tiles which was peeling away. Pillows were flat . It was a no smoking and it smelt of stale cigarette smoke ”
