The location is very convenient to the Salty Dog Cafe, Marina, Swimming Pool, and Tennis club! Only a 5-minute walk to everything! Rental guests cannot dock their boats at the Port Villa dock. Boats and trailers are not allowed in Sea Pines Resort except for property owners.
