Super nice and great location

Extremely clean, beautifully appointed and great location in Hilton Head Island. We were so very pleased with the condo and our family had a great time. Thank you for the attention to detail, maintenance of the facility, equipment and facility.

Great Location

Great location within steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Very clean property but could use some minor updates. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Great place. However the kitchen stove needs to be replaced (could not control the burners) and the braided rug in the first floor bedroom is falling apart and is a dangerous tripping hazard. Otherwise I would rate this place 5 stars

First time on Hilton Head Island

Had a great experience at the condo. Perfect for our groups needs. Loved to pool and proximity to the ocean. Very close to shopping and restaurants in Caligney Plaza.

Family Vacation

Great trip with family. perfect location to walk or bike to the plaza with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The little one loved walking to the beach and park. Nice quiet complex, only wish to come back when the pool is heated!

One of the best

Although this was our first time to HHI, we've stayed in places like this before. This was definitely in our top 5 based on location, cleanliness, amenities, and overall service from the company. We would absolutely stay in properties managed by this company again.

Beautiful property! The condo was very clean and had ALL of the things we needed! It was a short walk to shopping & restaurants. The pool was amazing & beach/ocean only a few steps away! Perfect!

Beautifully maintained property, excellent rental company.

We had a family trip this past week. The property was clean, beautiful and accurately represented in all of the photos. We had a few things come up, the Vacation Company was extremely responsive and helpful. We always stay in the same complex, and will continue to book with the Vacation Company.

We had previously rented this unit and were very happy with it. It worked out well for our family, and we love the location. The pool and beach access are great. We will return!

Good space for family, great location

Great space and layout for family traveling and staying together (4 adults and 2 kids, we had lots of space!) Kitchen had everything you need to cook in and grocery store is a short drive. Of course the property is adjacent to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops nearby. We walked to the pirate ship park nearby one day, my kids loved it! Would stay here again.

Fantastic vacation!

The property was located perfectly to get on bike trails, go shopping and the beach. The unit was as pictured. Plenty of room for my husband and I, 3 kids and parents. Pool was nice. If there was a place to grill it’d be perfect. The only downside was that there were some rowdy guests between 11:30 pm and 2:30 am that were very loud and woke us up every night.

Perfect family vacation.

The property is beautiful. We loved the pool area and the beach. The condo was a perfect layout for our family. The condo could use some updates such as painting the baseboards. Overall though it was wonderful and we loved staying there. If you don’t want to drive it’s a quick walk to shops and restaurants. We also found the piggly wiggly was within walking distance too (and not horrible on pricing). We will definitely visit again!

First Time to Hilton Head

Location was excellent. One MAJOR request. The 3rd bedroom had 2 twin beds and 1 full bed. The full bed needs to be a queen bed. There is room for a queen bed and if floor space is sacrificed it would be worth the sacrifice. The twin was too small for parents sleeping in the same room as their child or in future stays children.

Incredible Property!!! Must rent!!!

We had a blast at this property!! We've been to HHI many times over the years and have stayed at this resort complex at least 4 times. This unit was by far the nicest we've ever experienced. The pictures do not capture how awesome this unit truly is. Our family was myself and my wife, our two boys, my mother, and mother-in-law. Everyone felt comfortable living there for the week and the layout was practical and perfect for our setup. The kitchen was GREAT for cooking and just functional in general. The oven and fridge are both luxury appliances and we had everything we needed to cook steaks, make a pot of sauce, and cook breakfast almost every morning. Same goes for the eating space. Location cannot be better as we were steps from the pool, but just removed enough that we weren't on top of it (which is nice). The beach is just beyond the pool. The only issue we had (which we never reported because it wasn't that big of a deal) was the Wi-Fi went in and out the first couple days and then the router reset on us. It was a very easy fix to connect it back to the TV and to our phones. If I wasn't tech savvy I am sure the property manager would have took care of it right away. They are very responsive and professional if you ever need anything at all or have any questions. We intend to rent from The Vacation Company for our next trip to HHI. Truly the best experience we've had by far. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
