The location, the pool, the grounds, the space are absolutely a 5 star. There were a couple things that we provided feedback on that would have made the overall experience a 5 star.
This property is run by a large management company and their processes are pretty good on notifications, texts, etc. but because they are big I feel like the attention to detail is missing - see examples below.
All in all, we would rent again, just would like to see the attention to detail match the price being paid.
Examples:
Cleaning - my kids lost something which made us look under beds, well one word, disgusting. Food, water bottles, etc. We ran a vacuum cleaner, not a big deal.
Pots and Pans - very old, warn out, chipped non stick pans. If you know anything about the dangers on non stick pans...dangerous. We called the management company and they quickly replaced. But question is, why did I have to call?
On day of check in they provided the wrong code to get in the gate, we didn't realize it until late (earlier gate was open)when trying to get in after dinner which caused a 20 min delay on getting home.
