Super great for our short vacation, my family loved it! Walking distance to beach and lots of places to eat (even some pickleball courts) In a beautiful area surrounded by sidewalks and bike paths. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we would definitely stay again if we’re in the area

Nice stay very close to beach!

Overall we had a lovely holiday weekend at this condo only 8 min away from the beach. Soaked up the water, sun, and nearby Cologny Beach each day. Great way to say goodbye to Summer 2024!

Nice Quiet and Close to the Beach.

Our stay was great. Cute little 2 bedroom condo, perfect for a family of four. It was in a quiet location, close to the beach and Coligny. Bonus, close to Lagerheads on the beach, which was a great place for drinks and lunch.

Cute Spring Break Location

My friends and I loved Keith and Ben’s place! It was intimate and a really good location: fairly close to the beach and right on top of a couple of shopping centers. There was a pool on sight but it was a little too cold for that but it was nice to stargaze there!

It's a nice condo in a good location. It's not very well stocked, for instance only two dinner plates, one face towel. The owner takes forever to respond.

Cute, tidy condo

We enjoyed our short time spent on HHI. This condo was clean & tidy, and our host was very responsive. I definitely recommend staying here. Easy to book. Close walk to the beach.

My friends and I stayed a week at this condo, and I would 100% recommend! The owners were very quick to address anything we needed to ensure we were comfortable. Great communication from them, and the place itslef was very cute! Had everything we needed, and more!

We absolutely loved staying here the proximity to the beach was great, apartment was clean and well decorated, beds comfortable. The washer and dryer was a huge plus as well. Will definitely return!

Great location but bathroom was a mess

We stayed for 5 days with myself, wife, and two kids (6 and 9 year old). Location was great, close to the beach, pool, etc. The main complaint was the cleanliness of the rental and the functioning of the bathroom. Neither the shower nor the sink would drain properly (water would pool in the sink/shower for a significant time before draining). The hot water didn’t work either so showers was not a pleasant experience.

Weekend beach trip

We really loved the place and it was well taken care of! I loved the location to the beach and it has a nice pool, and the place was really clean inside. The email for the door code came an hour later than what we were told so we were a little nervous at first as we could not get in.

Good location but

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was away from the big crowds yet still in walking distance to places. It had everything we needed. However, there was an overarching frustration the entire weekend. The keypad did not work so I had to message the property owner every single time we wanted to enter the condo and they had to unlock the condo from their phone. We ended up leaving a day early and staying in a hotel. Someone came to fix it but it was during the hours I requested them not to due to my 8 month old napping, and then he never came back, despite the request. It’s such a bummer because the stay started out so nicely, but was just so incredibly frustrating having to request access to the residence we were paying to use, multiple times a day, cranky baby in hand.

Loved the Volunteer Villa!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at the Volunteer Villa! Excellent location, great proximity to a wonderful beach, super kitchen, awesome TV situation (both TV locations and channel selection). Also, the pool (although quite busy and a tad noisy at times) exceeded my expectations. We spent a good deal of time there. Dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer…all excellent. Would definitely love to stay at this property again! Kevin and Mary

Spring Break Beach Trip

My friends and I stayed here for our spring break beach trip. We had so much fun tanning by the pool or taking the short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the online pictures were accurate. The living room had enough space for my friends and I to play card games and socialize or watch a movie. At the beginning of our stay the door code was sent to us about 30 minutes later than expected but it wasn’t a big deal. We were able to get in contact with the owner and get the code. Overall, I didn’t have any problems staying here, I would stay again.

Nice condo within walking distance of the beach

We have stayed in a number of condos over the years and this one was by far the best. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen was amazing. They have high end kitchen appliances and everything works. The washer and dryer hold a lot of laundry and perform well. The master bed is very comfortable. It is an easy walk to the beach. If we are ever in the area again we would stay at the Volunteer Villa.

Do not stay here!!

In short, we arrived and realized we did not have hot water. After notifying the owner or manager, we were told maintenance would respond to repair the problem. They never showed up. The next day (still showering in the cold) I was told we would get a 50% refund. That never happened either!! We checked out and have never heard back from the owner or manager who completely ignored us after numerous complications were made. Awful customer service. I would recommend you stay anywhere but here. Side note. There is black mold around the bathroom shower window where the water pools and is stagnant. Also it was noted that the Alexa was on and the microphone was active. It was taped down to not be unplugged. We could only assume we were being monitored while there. Overall this property is old, outdated, and I will go out of my way to never stay there again.

Great location.

The size of the property was fine for my wife and I. We had another couple visit us for 2 nights and found it a bit cramped. I wouldn't want to have any more than 4 adults in the condo. The shower was fantastic and the television setup worked very well.
