Seaside Villa 325 - Impresionante frente al mar, excelente vista y cerca de Coligny

¡¡¡¡Acceso a Internet!!!! Esta villa ofrece un dormitorio separado con una cama queen size, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar y comedor se combinan. Ropa de cama adicional para esta villa incluye un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar y también dos literas en el pasillo entre el dormitorio y la sala de estar, que son ideales para niños pequeños. Hay un balcón ubicado en la sala de estar que ofrece una bonita vista frente al mar. El Seaside Villa se encuentra en el extremo sur de la isla, junto a South Forest Beach Drive, a poca distancia de Coligny Plaza. Seaside es una propiedad frente al mar que se encuentra a unos 70 metros del océano. Overall the place was nice. The only thing that needs addressing is the worn out pillows and bedding.

Incredible view! Awesome location!

This condo was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed the beach every day and relaxed on the Lanai in the evenings. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We ventured the island each and everyday. My kids enjoyed the beach at night looking for all kinds of wildlife and sea creatures. The beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for our family beach vacation.

Beach getaway

Great location! Great ocean view! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Being able to check in 2 and 1/2 hr early was a real surprise! Wish that could happen every vacation. Only 1 issue... The couch was very uncomfortable.

Beautiful view

It had a beautiful view to the beach. Overall it was a nice place. The bedroom did not stay cool and the A/C air did not reach in there. The bathroom door did not close from the inside. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of space. Updated well.

Could use a little attention to furnishings (felt the couch had seen better days & little dirty). Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the porch as much as we’d like - because our neighbors were chain smokers...blowing right on to our porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Hilton Head, it was me, my husband and our 3 children age 5, 2, and 1. We all had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean. There was room for all of us to sleep and be together. The pool was great for my kiddos and the private walkway to beach was wonderful. Parking can get tricky, and there was a few things that the kitchen needed like scissors, and a few more pots and pans. The door to one of the main hall closets was taped shut but wouldn’t remain shut so we had to stick something in front of it to keep the door closed but that was no big deal. Overall the stay was great, the place was even better and we could’ve of been happier.

Seaside Villa 325 Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the view and provisions of SV 325. The villa was clean and accommodating. My wife and I are very appreciative of the owners being flexible to allow us a 10 day stay during our time there. Please pass that along to them. As with all villas without central HVAC, the kitchen-den area was cool, but the bedroom was not. The villa had a portable floor fan, which we used, along with a second fan that we brought with us, in an effort to move the cool air back into the bedroom. We would recommend this villa to others, during a cooler time of the year. Did encounter a large cockroach in the shower one morning, but no other insects.

Outdated Unit - Killed Roach

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family moved to unit 325 from Unit 310 as Unit 310 had an unbearable odor which caused nausea and extreme coughing. So the Property Management company transferred us to unit 325. Once in Unit 325, though no odor, unit had hair on tables, old furniture, old appliances, stained refrigerator, and we killed a roach climbing the walls. The overall Seaside complex is old and in need of updates. Unit 325 did however have a nice view of the beach and new shower. For what we'd paid, these older outdated units were unacceptable and didn't match the charge.

Oceanfront - Great View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience. The property is oceanfront and steps away from the ocean. The unit is in need of a few updates nothing major but would be an easy fix: fridge rusted on the side and inside storage broke, screen for balcony broke and would not slide shut. Cleaning staff could do better. Dirt and dust was found under the couch and beds, bunk beds in the hall needed bedding cleaned. I found food and a popsicle stick on the top bunk comforter, so I used the provided sheets to replace the comforter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous location with direct beach front view. Gated property. Bathroom was updated, nice flooring was easy to sweep. Thought it might be too small, but it was all the room we really needed. Would recommend an update on refrigerator (rust on outside, but inside was very clean and useable,) stove (also very useable,) and keyless entry would be nice. Liked eating at the high top on the porch, but would have liked a couple of comfortable chairs for napping, but that's probably just me. Very clean and met our needs just fine. Would definitely rent again.
