Everything in this condo is brand new and up-finished. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very cozy, perfect for families. Best thing: they have baby gates for the stairs!!!

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal on the beach! Our adult kids joined us from Massachusetts and California. We were 5 adults total and this home was perfect. Everything was as pictured. So much thought and care went into this home, from the lighting to the provisions. It was super clean and quiet. Beds and seating were comfortable. The back patio is spacious and quiet. It’s a very easy walk to the beach. Our host was prompt with all communication and a pleasure to rent from. We highly recommend this wonderful place and hope to return again ourselves.

We had a great experience staying here! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and lived up to the pictures and all of the excellent reviews! The location was perfect as well. It was just a short walk away from an amazing beach and there were plenty of nice bike paths all around the area so we definitely recommend renting bikes which can be delivered and picked up from the condo for free. The hosts were very responsive and so nice to interact with when we had questions. We really appreciated that they provide a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to take to the beach as well. Our family had a great time and highly recommended staying here. We would definitely stay here again no question!

Everything about the property was well thought out! Belinda shared all the info we needed prior to our arrival. Having a personalized door passcode was so helpful. Cleanliness- 5 stars Location- 5 stars, quick walk to the beach. The only thing to note is that the parking permit is located at an office that is a 10 min drive, so it’s best to get it prior to arriving (if you are arriving late). Thanks, Belinda! Hope to be back soon

My family of 4 stayed here for a weekend away and this villa was perfect for us! It was so close to the beach as well as grocery stores, restaurants and a park for the kids to play. Although it was in a cluster of villas, it felt private and secluded. It was very clean and well organized with little extras in case you forgot something. Belinda was very responsive to questions and helped accommodate us when an issue arose. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortable too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway!

Belinda's property was just perfect for our girls' week away! The accommodations were immaculate and had everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations and we were very sad to leave. It was extremely cozy and we felt at home. It had all the kitchen appliances, pots, and pans, plates, etc..for the nights we felt like cooking. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to tow what we needed for the beach which was only about a 5-minute walk. The location was ideal. Belinda was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here. If we are ever visiting Hilton Head again I would definitely stay here!

We had a great stay at Belinda's home. The property is exactly as described and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Communication was excellent and prompt. There is plenty of room for a family of seven to stretch out. The location is perfect, away from the crowds and even the locals prefer Folly Field Beach over all of the others on the island. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing week. Property location was great, with only a short walk to the beach (qtr mile) via a bike path. The amenities met every need (beach chairs, toys and beach buggie, grill, private patio). The property was clean and spacious for a family of six. Everyone had their space. Host of was very responsive whenever I had questions. Checkin was simple! We rented bikes and the bike trail was across the street. Easy access via highway. Plenty to do for kids of all ages. Perfect vacation, no complaints. Hoping to book again for next year!!

Nicely updated and clean. Very spacious and comfortable for a family with children. Location is perfect. Close to beach and walking/riding paths. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay at this location again. Belinda was super quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a great stay at this rental. It's updated and in a great location that is only 5 min walk to Folly Field Beach. Beds were comfortable. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Belinda was very responsive to any questions we had.
