  • This comfortable 1 bedroom condo sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Breakers #139 has an updated bathroom, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and all new furnishings, Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, and recently. This condo is the perfect Ocean Front couples retreat!
    Cross the street and you will find shopping and restaurants to explore during your stay. Coligny Plaza is packed with entertainment and dining for everyone. Explore the white sandy beaches or swim in the Atlantic and then jump into the ocean front pool for a perfect relaxing day.

Perfect location

My wife and I booked this condo last minute. Perfect location with great view of the ocean! Couldn’t beat the price and the condo itself was great for what we were looking for. Condo building itself has a nice pool and it was quiet and relaxing!

Labor Day Getaway

My wife and I stayed for the Labor Day weekend. The property is as advertised and is right across the street from the shops at coligny. Perfect location with an ocean front view.

It was great and on the water. The parking was a nightmare. The bed also needs an upgrade post haste.

Everything was exactly as listed. Great location. Very clean and felt very safe. Always a security guard on duty in the parking lot. Plenty of space under the unit to store beach stuff. Couch bed mattress needs replaced but otherwise very satisfied with our stay.

Awesome home away from home

This property is clean and contemporary with a touch of beach chic! My husband & I stayed here for our early summer vacation. We had a fantastic experience & will absolutely stay here again. The location (which is directly on the ocean & within walking distance to shopping, dining & entertainment) is perfect! You can't go wrong choosing Breakers 139!

Beachfront - Outstanding

I had an amazing vacation in Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for me. Clean, cozy, and close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this for couples or singles. It provided all the comforts needed and then some. The rental agency was amazing - providing recommendations and a great guest intro package with hardback Hilton Head guide book - very cool. They were even able to supply bikes and other equipment. The security people were great too. They were social and helpful! It was perfect for a relaxed, laid-back, beach vacation.

2023 Hilton Head at Breakers

It was very easy to check in and get into the condo. The key pad made it easier. The place was very clean inside and out. Washer and dryer were small but very good and held a lot more than you would think. The bathroom was tiny but he shower was wonderful. It had 2 TVs which included streaming snd cable. The security guard was wonderful!! He helped us carry out luggage up and was always helpful and polite. The downsides of the unit was no closet, the refrigerator leaked inside, the bathroom sink was pretty much stopped up. The bed really needs to be updated.

Updates

The property was in a great location to shopping and restaurants! Everything was in walking distance. The pull out sofa and bed mattresses could use replacing. The sliding door and screen door needs some work. We had two items that we called the property manager about. One was never taken care of. The oven seems to be stuck on a low setting but the controls showed it off. It could be a fire hazard. All and all it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks for caring.

This is my third time at The Breakers, however, the second time in this condo. My only suggestion would be is there is only one bathroom and literally only one mirror. It made getting ready in shifts to go out. Also, new mattress would be helpful too. Other then that it really is a nice place to stay. Also Seashore is really easy to work with

This location is great close to everything and perfect for a couple. Condo was clean and well maintained with an easy walk to beach and on site pool. Coligny Plaza is just steps away so no need for car if you don't have one.

Just a condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No information sent for arrival. Info was sent to a land line when u had my email address. We arrived and there was no guard or info building. After several t/ p calls we were directed to drive to another building which was also closed. There was a box which directed us to the code to enter the condo. The condo itself was barely adequate for two adults. There was a small bar of hand soap and that was it besides dishwasher detergent- inadequate. No shower soap or shampoo . We had to buy everything. The mattress needs to be replaced as well as the bedspread and definitely the blankets. The couch in the tv room was very dirty and the rug under the table in front of it is an accident waiting to happen.

We never had to drive anywhere the entire week! We couldn't get the cable to work on the main TV, but then who really wants to watch TV while your at the beach! Breakers 139

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 12 days in Breakers Unit 139 this past March. The property is a oceanfront condo with the most spectacular view. This is what sold the rental for us. The unit itself is very small. The kitchen was stocked well enough to get by and the washer dryer unit was a godsend. There is only a couch and dining table with 4 chairs inside along with end tables. I really missed not having a comfy chair to sit in. The balcony was furnished with 2 bar height chairs but a shorter table which was not very convenient. A few items that are inexpensive but helpful would be coat racks/hooks on wall to hang items and a full length mirror. There is not much storage in the bedroom, we lived out of suitcases. The unit was clean and very manageable for the time we were there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ruined by the conditions of both pullout and the bed mattresses. Would have been More comfortable sleeping on the hard floor . Extreme back pain for both me and my wife. Considered trying to find something else about three nights in to it but would have lost too much money by doing that. Other guest that we met at the pool are staying at the breakers voiced the same problem. Would love to stay there this winter again since coming down again because of location but just not worth being that uncomfortable again...

Super clean, updated furnishings and great view of the ocean. Last year the condo we stayed in was very humid but this one was not...it was just perfect. The weather was pristine and made the stay that much better! Highly recommend working with Seashore Vacations...it was so easy!
