Great location

Perfect place to enjoy the beautiful beach without large crowds. Pool was spacious and clean. Condo was so clean and bathrooms were huge. Look forward to coming again this fall.

What more could you ask for?

Beautiful grounds, beautiful views great pool facility, easy access to beach. The beach was much closer than we thought it would be. Also it was nice having a garage. Walking trails were a great way to see the nice surroundings. Location was convenient to much yet it was nice to be in such a private community atmosphere where crowds did not interfere with our activities. It offered everything we needed and mote.

Condo is in an excellent location but the unit itself is extremely outdated. Furniture is torn and dirty. There is not a smart tv in the living room and the tv provided is extremely old with damage to the screen. Kitchen is not well equipped to make meals at home.

Comfortable Updated and Nice Property

The condo was as advertised--updated, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, right on the beach, and the property amenities are excellent. My family would stay here again.

Great beach trip

The property was just as advertised and was a quick trip to the beach. We had to call maintenance for one issue and they resolved it within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this property to others visiting Hilton Head.

Great again!

We have stayed in this villa several times now. We like the location in Windsor with the steps being easy access to walk to the beach. The room is always ready on time and clean. We also appreciate the beach towels. We have visited others places at Hilton Head but this is the villa we always come back to.

The rental was clean, and as described. After the initial booking an automated process took over. It felt robotic, and cold. It listed rules I believe was over 40 pages. They wanted 25 per towel that was not washed and folded etc. The primary bed and linens were motel 8 quality. The thermostat was barely hanging on the wall and kept resetting to a program temperature. The TV and entertainment set looked to be from the early 2000’s. The bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on. The WiFi in the room was also pretty bad. They also offered a gift card if you left a positive review. We’ve stayed at other rentals in the area and never had this experience.

Great location. Great place.to stay

We enjoyed the visit very much. Only one issue that was eventually resolved. The place was not perfect but very good. Bring all spices and seasonings. And bring salt and pepper. Alos lots of sunscreen.

Wondeful family Vacay

This property was perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 5-16 and everyone had a great time. The beach is right outside the pool area, when the littlest one was finished with beach one kf us could just take her to the pool while the otber stayed at the beach with the other kids. Definitely will be comjng back!!
