Courtside 110 - Townhouse -3 dormitorios a corta distancia de la playa

Courtside 110 es una casa de 3 pisos con 3 dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños, un vuelo por encima de nivel de la calle. El piso superior es una gran suite principal. Courtside está al lado del famoso centro de tenis Van Deer Meer y a 1. 5 cuadras de la playa. Una membresía especial está incluido para los huéspedes Courtside, 1 hora de los privilegios de tenis por día. Esta comunidad cuenta con 2 piscinas en el lugar para usar, y el patio cuenta con una tranquila laguna con una fuente. Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was directly in our "backyard" and close to cvs/groceries/gas etc. We would stay here again in a second!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it didn’t disappoint. The condo felt like home and provided easy walking access to everything. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location but could use some updates

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed most things about the condo but there were ants in the dining room, mold in the bathroom, the dryer didn't work (and was very noisy), the dishwasher falls out from the counter, the furniture is dirty and worn out, and the WiFi is weak and slow.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Court side annually for about 20 years thru Seashore. In the past my family has always been happy there. This year we rented Courtside 110 because we had rented it before. Needless to say the condo is in bad need of repair. My husband stopped at the office and told them about the dryer and bed. Someone stopped while we were out and turned the dryer sideways. I would have appreciated some type of response. After a storm the roof and window on the third floor leaked and there is black mold on the ceiling. I will not stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect! My three grandsons and one little great grandson and his mom stayed there. They were across from the unit we own so the location was great. They enjoyed the pool immensely. And it certainly is a plus that the ocean is such a short walk away. They enjoyed riding bikes on the extensive trails. Of course need I mention the restaurants in Hilton Head are fabulous. I would recommend dealing with Seashore Vacations because they certainly deliver. We had a great time!

Basically looking at a wall, although the location is good. Rug going into the condo was very dirty. Minimal extras for the bedrooms such as pillows, blankets, etc. Just wasn't what we expected.

There were no baking sheets in the condo but we made do. Everything else was great as usual. We’ve been staying at Courtside since 2011 and all of our condos have been nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. Not having to do a lot of cleaning when we left was nice. It was convenient walk to the beach and other attractions. The pool was right behind us. The bedsheets were not fresh on arrival and there were limited extra blankets. They too weren’t clean. We had to wash them. There were not enough towels and washcloths. Lots of closet space. The dresser in the kids room was difficult to open and close and the master bedroom was missing some drawer handles. Unfortunately only one smart TV but there was cable. No instructions for use though. Overall, only an ok experience.

This was the best accommodations of all of them, by a mile. So easy to check in....took probably 30 seconds. Piece of cake. Beautiful unit right beside pool, tennis courts, and beach.

Reviewer Comments: Seashore vacations was easy to work, but We would have liked to been informed that the condo was going to be sprayed for bugs before the man came into the condo and scaring our 73 year old aunt. Also the last day everyone else had left by car but my husband and I were still there in upstairs bedroom since we had flown, the housekeepers opened the door and threw in all the new linens. We went downstairs and he had left the condo open. We locked the door and he tried to come in again a while after. Again left door unlocked so we then we locked the screen door. This was all before the checkout time of 10 am. As far as the condo, we did see many places were wear and tear are showing the age. They had light bulbs out and there is a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom up top. Could use some updates. Location is a good walk to get to the beach a bit more than just across the street.

Ceiling damage on top floor bedroom. Toilets are tiny and need new higher ones. Walkway up the stairs needs power washed. It was yuk. Please consider fixing those things. Thank you.

Very enjoyable stay

Great location and facility well maintained. Only complaint is the mattresses in all bedrooms could use an update. Owner very astute in accommodating renters and very organized unit. Allowed guest use of beach chairs and personal items. Very nice unit with master on third floor which was spacious and away from others.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seashore Vacation Rentals was a great company to go thru for planning. The rental I picked, however needs lots of TLC. I don't think anything has been updated since the condo was built. The location was Amazing. Close to everything, but still very secluded and private. The floors were unlevel, sliding door lock was broken, carpet was matted, mattresses were very uncomfortable, no useful kitchen pots and pans. I have been coming to HHI for over 10 yrs, this is the worst condo I have ever stayed in.

A great tennis and beach vacation.

Negatives would be no dish liquid to wash dishes, not enough pillow cases to go around, and no extra toilet paper.
