  • Courtside 95 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King bed in master bedroom, two twins and a double in bedroom 2, living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Easy going place to stay

This location was great for my family. Easy walk to the beach, so close to Coligny Park, and a great pool to hang out at. Would stay again!

Fun Stay

This was a last-minute (ish) booking for my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed how smooth the check-in process was as well as the convenient location. Would definitely recommend and consider booking here again!

Great location, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Comfortable furnishings and mostly clean. The floorboards were dirty and there were dust bunnies in the master bedroom near the bed and dresser. Enjoyed the lagoon with it's wild life and sitting by the pool.

We love courtside! This condo was perfect!

My wife's family has been visiting courtside for most of her life. We started going when we started our family 23 years ago. The location is perfect - close to the beach, Coligny, amazing restaurants, bike trails, and so much more! The pool is fantastic. The condo was clean and fit my family perfectly. Would love to visit again!

Family Vacation

Great beach rental! We arrived early and the house was ready when we got in. The house was very clean. The pool was nice! Almost no one was ever in it. The location was fantastic! Our group was able to run, walk, and bike everywhere- less than a mile to the beach. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Had the necessities

The rental had the basics and was in a convenient location. It definitely needs updates to appliances, furniture, and lighting. It needs a deep cleaning and repairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great! Second time staying at this location. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Clean property with everything needed. The unit in my opinion could use some newer furniture to make it more modern but that is being picky as that’s my only recommendation on how to improve. The pool is amazing and mornings feeding the turtles on the property is a family favorite. This location is amazing as a biking family we can get almost anywhere we want (including the beach) on bike! Beach was about a mile away. Great location!

A good time for all

The property was in good condition with all appliances in working order and plenty of cookware for us to have some meals in. Plenty of room to stretch out and the decor made the place cozy. The location was also perfect for shopping and dining.

If you're looking for a no-frills place with decent location, this is it. Everything is.....fine. Cleaning was sub-par, decorations/furniture is outdated and a little rough, but you're only two blocks from the beach and decent shopping/restaurants. One thing that I will say was a disappointment was the total lack of any supplies. No dish soap, salt & pepper/seasonings, coffee filters, etc. Literally nothing. Most other places I've stayed at have at least offered the basics. So to go out & buy all of that to only use for a week was a bummer. Probably wouldn't stay at this particular place again.

Overall

The entire unit could be updated. The bath off the king bed side was dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. The rug in the other bedroom bath was dirty. There were no cleaning products at all. The table on the back deck was never cleaned. The location was great. You need a better cleaning company and a more efficient inspection. Sorry for the negativity but you should know these things.

Girls weekend getaway

Perfect place. Just enough room for us all. Place was clean beds were soft plenty of items in the kitchen and a short 5 min bike ride to the beach.

Lovely Vacation Home

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was a last minute choice. The property we originally acquired was unsuitable for habitation. A friend recommended contacting Buddy at Seashore Vacations. Buddy was able to offer us 3 properties and 95 Courtside was a frantic effort to salvage our beach vacation. The property was located on the 2nd floor making it difficult to access for our special needs child for entry to home & pool. Also with construction underway for the lagoons that surrounded the pool it difficult to get to the pool easily. We found the home clean, cozy and maintained and ultimately salvaged our vacation. Special thanks to Buddy.
