Seaside Villa 353 - Aire Acondicionado Central

Esta fabulosa villa junto al mar ofrece dos vistas por el precio de una. Disfrute de las vistas del océano y la piscina desde nuestra villa del tercer piso. Esta villa, a diferencia de la mayoría de las otras en Seaside, tiene CALEFACCIÓN CENTRAL Y AIRE ACONDICIONADO en lugar de una unidad de pared simple.

A solo unos pasos del ascensor, hacer el check in en una brisa. Disfrute de la vista de la piscina desde la puerta principal. En el interior, encontrará la villa para ser cómodo y acogedor. La cocina está totalmente equipada con microondas, estufa, lavaplatos y refrigerador grande. La mesa tiene capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente. La sala de estar ofrece vista al mar, TV de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas, DVD y Blu-ray. El sofá se convierte en una cama de matrimonio. El dormitorio cuenta con un NUEVO colchón tamaño Queen y un armazón de cama, ropa de cama nueva, tocador, televisor de pantalla plana / DVD y un baño contiguo. Las literas incorporadas en la sala son ideales solo para niños pequeños.

Ubicadas frente al mar, las Villas Sea Side cuentan con estacionamiento cubierto, puertas de seguridad, dos piscinas, lavadoras y secadoras en cada piso, un sótano frente a la playa, ducha exterior, parrillas al aire libre y acceso directo al mar. Las comodidades adicionales incluyen el acceso de cortesía al Player's Club, ubicado a solo 2 cuadras de distancia para el uso de su piscina cubierta climatizada y jacuzzi.

Nice remodeled ocean front condo

Check in was fine - the key didn't work so I had to call the prop mgr and they brought the right key. The keypad didn't work so I had to wait around one day until the maintenance person could look at it. He couldn't fix it so that was kind of a waste of time. PROS - The unit was recently remodeled. It was very small, but I was expecting that. I wasn't expecting the bedroom to be the first thing you saw when you walked through the front door. Overall, the location was awesome. Right at the beach and there were plenty of businesses around (eating, shops, etc). Parking was fine, if you were lucky to get a spot under the condos. The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels, considering there wasn't a washer dryer in the unit. CONS - It had a harsh, chemical smell upon entering. Not sure if it was from the cleaners or something else. The sofa was a bit tired and could probably use a replacement. The bathroom was tiny. This condo is really good for one maybe two people but any more than that and I would say you would be tripping over each other. The bedroom was so small that the queen bed barely fit into it. It was just fine for what I needed and I would recommend it. Just be aware that it isn't large and you won't have a ton of space. But who stays in their ocean front condo all day anyway??

Loved our stay! Near coligny square which was great for walking to lunch after a few hours at the beach. Condo was clean and just as described. Ocean view was just as pictured.

The location was excellent. The pool and the the area surrounding was nice and clean. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening and watch the sun rise and set. The air conditioner worked great and we were glad for that! The size of the place was much smaller than described. I could not imagine having more than two people in the space. We were tripping over each other in the "bedroom" area and the bathroom. Also the laundry area is not easy to find. We ended up just taking our dirty clothes with us to our next location and wash them there. Overall I would stay here again as long as I was with someone I don't mind being in close quarters with or was by myself.

Very Basic

Safe place to stay in close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. No frills here, must bring everything you would want/need for the beach. Zero beach cart, toys, umbrellas, etc. which I haven’t encountered in the past while renting a vacation home/condo. Internet didn’t work a majority of the time and the TV takes a genius to figure out, even with the host’s instructions for use. In the future we will make sure to select a place that lists out all the extras to maximize our outdoor time while on vacation.

Getaway for one

Took a “me time “ getaway for my birthday. Great location! Office staff was friendly. Bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable but overall it worked for just me. My 6’4 husband couldn’t have shared the bedroom space.

Horrible bed

The bed felt like a piece of foam on a sheet of plywood. There was a dip on my husbands side. The couch cushions are worn down so much that when you sit on it, you can feel the bed in the couch. It was clean. The location is great. The couch and bed are the reason why I will not rent here again.

We were happy with most things. This property was smaller than we expected, but great location and clean. It was our first time using VRBO, and we were not happy that we paid a VRBO fee and also a Vacation Time rental fee. It was not clear in the listing.

Wonderful Getaway!

Short Memorial Day trip

The villa was very clean. We were in a great location right on the beach. I do recommend more towels and more information regarding laundry facilities, etc. be provided in email when booking and/or in villa upon arrival. Other than not knowing where anything was located for housekeeping the stay was great!

It's was OK

It is a super small condo with one closet. The central heating and air is on the balcony, so it blows hot air and that made the balcony useless. I enjoy being outside with the ocean breeze but this made it impossible to sit on the balcony.

Clean. Walk to beach is easy. Nice view of ocean from balcony a bit further back but enjoyable. Bring beach chairs if you are able. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice area. Walkable. Pool was nice to have available. Quiet.

Went on labor day weekend, my husband my toddler and my infant. The space was just perfecr for us, a little bit outdated but nothing that affected our stay, the location with direct access to the beach was amazing! A short and lovely walk to shops and restaurant too. Sharon (the owner) was quick to answer any questions i had before our trip. Highly recommend it, this place will be put on our regular places to stay in Hilton Head

Relaxing and Comfortable

Our family had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head! Perfect location and plenty of room for our family in the condo. Kitchen is a bit small, but not a problem. Central Air is a plus. Definitely will stay here next visit. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.
