  • Disfrute de una escapada de vacaciones a mi condominio con vista al mar en Hilton Head Island. La villa se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y la piscina del complejo. Esta villa totalmente equipada ofrece una agradable vista al mar desde el balcón (o el sofá de la sala de estar), acceso directo a la playa más bonita de Hilton Head Island y una de las piscinas frente al mar más grandes de Hilton Head. Al alquilar directamente del propietario, ahorrará tarifas de hotel y agencias de alquiler.
    Mi villa está ubicada en Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. Está en el piso superior de Ocean Villa B, (el lado del amanecer del edificio), a pocos pasos de la playa y la piscina. Incluye un balcón con vistas al océano Atlántico y a la piscina del complejo. Esta villa se encuentra al lado de un ascensor, lo cual es muy conveniente. El ascensor también proporciona una rampa para sillas de ruedas. Hay una entrada al aire libre con una zona de estar (cubierta) en la parte trasera de la villa. El área para dormir puede proporcionar hasta 6 personas, incluyendo un máximo de 4 adultos: 1 cama queen, 1 sofá cama queen size y 2 literas para los niños. 2 HDTV con conexión por cable y 1 reproductor combinado VHS / DVD. Acceso gratuito a internet de alta velocidad. Estantería estéreo con cassette y reproductor de CD. Servicio telefónico local gratuito. Microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora. Cocina totalmente equipada: utensilios, ollas, sartenes, cristalería, etc. Nuevo sofá cama Queen (2019), nuevo aire acondicionado central (2016), nuevos pisos de baldosas (2016) y una nueva estufa eléctrica (2016). Se proporcionan toallas, ropa de cama y un suministro inicial de jabón para baño / cara y papel higiénico. Lavadoras / secadoras que funcionan con monedas están disponibles en el edificio. Está designado como una unidad para no fumadores. El complejo no permite mascotas.
    Situado en el centro, el complejo es un complejo frente al mar. Es conveniente para todas las actividades de la isla, aeropuertos, tiendas outlet y múltiples de los restaurantes más populares de la isla. También ofrece a los residentes acceso directo a una de las mejores playas de Hilton Head Island. Está a unas 6 millas del puente que conecta la isla Hilton Head con el continente. El complejo está orientado a la familia y ofrece todas las comodidades que desee, incluyendo: acceso privado a una hermosa y amplia playa de arena blanca, la piscina frente al mar más grande en Hilton Head Island, además de una piscina para niños. 10 canchas de tenis iluminadas de superficie dura y una tienda de golf. This was an excellent stay for our family get away. The apartment was clean, the rain shower was spacious and had good water pressure and the kitchen had everything we needed. The resort had great food and drink options, entertainment as well as a large pool.

My husband and I had an excellent stay at this condo. It was a short walk to the pool, beach, and Jamaica Joes, which was a great little place to get a drink or something to eat and is located just steps from the pool. This was our second time we staying here, and would stay again.

Clean condo in great location

Condo was clean, and beautifully renovated. It’s in a perfect location. Close walking distance to all the amenities. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful location

The resort was fantastic. Condo was perfect space for 2 people. Very easy access to pool and ocean. Perfectly located on Island with many beautiful sights.

Absolutely loved it!

We loved our villa. It was extremely clean and a quick walk to the beach. Tuan was great in communicating with us and ensuring all our needs were met. We've stayed at this resort before and love it. We would stay in this condo again without hesitation!

Great Place To Stay!

The location and property were great! My husband and I stayed just the two of us and we had plenty of room and space. The walk to the beach/pool area was not bad at all, we enjoyed being so close to the ocean. The new kitchen and bathroom were so nice! I also enjoyed the different activities the resort had to offer and the security was an added bonus. The host was great with communication and even let us book another night! We will definitely book again!

Great

Perfect location with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. This unit was recently renovated and well stocked for for our stay. Owner checked in a couple of times to make sure things were going well and any issues were promptly addressed.

relaxing getaway

We go to HHI, just for the beautiful beach. Just R&R. We used to take all of our kids, and made many many wonderful family memories. Now empty nesters, it felt a bit quiet, but we enjoyed watching other young families, making the same memories, that we have had done in the past.

Fun Time at HHI

We spent a long weekend at the property. Very clean property and high security with friendly staff. Third floor location is a real advantage with great views and quiet evenings. All questions and inquiries were answered promptly. Well be back!!

The perfect stay

We cannot say enough about this villa. The owner was extremely attentive, answered our questions promptly and checked in periodically with us during our stay. This unit was remodeled from top to bottom and the shower was a dream! We highly recommend this villa and Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. We lived in Bluffton and worked at the resort several years ago. Returning again and again to this resort. We know this island and know that HHI Beach and Tennis has the best beach, pool, security and other amenities! We have stayed in several villas but this one was the best! The owner’s attention to every detail is apparent and ensures that your stay is top notch! We will be a repeat renter at this villa!

Relaxing

Overall the condo was in great shape. New kitchen and bathroom were very nice. The balcony was not very clean it did not look like it had been wiped down in a while. There was a problem the first night the sheets in the bedroom were not clean there was hair and stains on sheet. I notified the property owner and new sheets were delivered the next day. Overall it was very relaxing, great location, nice pool, Jamica Joes by the pool offered a drink of the day they were good. I would stay again but I would check sheets before bedtime.

The overall experience, cleanliness and convenience of the resort itself was 5 stars as usual. The villa had a good ocean view. Villa is very dated and the kitchen needed a good cleaning as the cabinets were dirty, greasy and sticky. We had to wipe down the entire kitchen with Lysol wipes before we used it. Stove was still caked with grease and appeared to be very old. Cabinet paint or finish is peeling and looks very worn. The bedroom and bathroom was clean but the water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was very dull and not good at all. Walls and doors needed wiped down as there was smears of crud on the walls and doors that could be resolved by a good cleaning for fresh paint job. Once everything was wiped down it was an ok villa. We would rate the villa overall a 3.5 out of 5 and will probably not stay again. Sorry for the negative comments but want to keep it real and be honest. Just needs a little love, update and a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom.

Awesome Location!

Enjoyed our stay here! The property owner was very friendly and had timely and helpful communication. We loved the location and the amenities nearby - large pool, tiki hut bar,tennis courts, and a pizza place all located on the property and it was in a nice location where we could go out and shop or find restaurants and find our way around easily.

Great spot to Vacation

I really liked the area of Folly Fields.. Steps to the beach. The condo has an ocean view, very clean and well maintained. Condo owner was very attentive and checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and suggested local restaurants. I would definitely will come back to stay!

Great location ~ beautiful view

This was our 10th time to visit the island and we have stayed all over. This was a great little condo for myself and 2 daughters and a great price. Tuan checked in on us and we felt very comfortable, safe and happy. Renting bikes was very easy, the pool and beach were steps away just as advertised. Thank you for a great stay! we will be back.
