    Esta villa se encuentra junto a 1 de las 3 piscinas comunitarias, con la comodidad de la piscina a solo unos pasos.

    Esta villa fue recientemente amueblada en junio de 2018. Tiene todas las comodidades del hogar. Disfruta todo lo que South Forest Beach tiene para ofrecer. Con bicicletas gratuitas y sillas de playa, las playas del océano Atlántico se encuentran a poca distancia.

    Ya sea que esté buscando un lugar cerca de la playa, un entorno tropical tranquilo para descansar, o unas vacaciones de alta energía / alta actividad, nuestra casa adosada puede ofrecerlo todo. Hay muchas actividades para elegir. Sin embargo, esta lujosa residencia privada ofrece muchas oportunidades para relajarse tranquilamente.

    La primera planta cuenta con una cocina bien equipada, comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y una terraza con parrilla eléctrica y patio.

    Cada suite de un dormitorio tiene su propio baño completo. El maestro de arriba tiene una cama de matrimonio. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV por cable. Hay ropa de cama y toallas en todas las habitaciones. El diseño de dos pisos de la casa asegura que no haya nadie durmiendo por encima de ti, para garantizar un descanso tranquilo por la noche.

    Se permite un perro bien educado con tarifa adicional por mascota. Se permiten hasta 2 mascotas.

The property was clean, pet-friendly (which was great for us), and a short walk to the beach. We loved having access to the bikes, and would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again.

Appreciate that beach chairs, cart and bicycles were provided for guests. Definitely saved on costs. And for those with safety in mind, the rental has fire suppression sprinkler system.

Easy beach rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit. The location was perfect. We appreciated the free bike rental and used them to go everywhere! Getting around was easy and everything was close by. It was a 5 min ride to the beach, shops and restaurants. The place worked for the 4 of us. It was a good value for the price.

We had a great week in this townhome- it was clean and exactly as advertised and fully stocked, including appliances, beach chairs and an electric outdoor grill on the deck. The complex has a nice pool, and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Having the bikes was nice as well. We were also glad to be able to bring our small dog.

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed everything. The pool is in your backyard and loved the bikes! It is in a walkable safe community. We really enjoyed walking or biking to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here you will not be disappointed.

Overall the property is in a good and convenient location. It was easy to correspond with Hilton Head rentals company - they were responsive and attentive to any requests made.

Great Trip

My husband and I took our two year old lab with us, and enjoyed our stay. Location is great. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Unit was nice; we had no issues.

South Beach

We had a great 3 weeks. The unit was very clean, well equipped, well located for walks to the beach and Colligny Plaza. Would happily re-rent this unit another year.

Fantastic location and great amenities

My wife and I stayed here and had a great vacation. Everything was as described and the inclusion of beach chairs and bikes really made our stay perfect. The short walk to the beach is something that you do not get at many places. I would highly recommend this unit and return to it in the future.

Great little getaway for our anniversary!

We loved our stay at 48 Ocean Breeze, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. It is very nicely decorated and we had anything we could need to cook. The condo overlooks the pool and the view from the master bedroom is really nice at night with the pool lights on. We loved the bikes that were provided, used them everyday. Beach is about a 10 minute walk and the beach chairs were nice also. We will definitely be back!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great week - weather was fantastic. Condo location was great for our stay. Had some problems with the TVs. Contacted Management company and they assisted. There wasn't much space to put our groceries etc as the cupboards and pantry were full with many duplicate appliances and dishes. Closets were full with many many extra bedding. Didn't leave much room for our personal stuff.

Over 10 days plenty of sand accumulated on the floors. The provided bikes are ok, but in desperate needs of maintenance - pedals grind/click, head tube is stripped.

Good rental with good location

One is the requirement to have to take out the trash considering that there is a cleaning fee charged to the rental. Master bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded to a queen size and newer. Otherwise really good unit with good location.

Great Vacation Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long weekend at 48 Ocean Breeze. The unit was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some! The beach chairs/wagon were great and we took advantage of having the bikes. We did contact the management company about one minor thing and they were super responsive. If you need a large/sturdy umbrella I would suggest renting that, there is one in the unit but it isn't great if it is a bit windy. Perfect time on Hilton Head.

Hilton head beach walk

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was plenty big enough and was as described. The living room is very small and very odd shape making 1/3 of it unusable. The entire downstairs was awkward and felt claustrophobic.The home appears clean when we walked in, however, the doorknobs, doors, kitchen cabinets, various walls and baseboards were not clean. They were grimy and dusty -obviously the cleaning team is not ‘deep cleaning’ nor are they washing light switches, doors, cabinets or knobs.The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Toilets, tubs and linens were clean. The beds had nice linens and were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of closet space.Under the stairs was a huge closet full of beach items, which was nice.The pool is very close and we enjoyed using it.Parking leaves something to be desired. No places are marked with unit numbers but several people complained to us saying we were “in their spot”. We politely moved our cars, but if they were marked, it would be much easier and less stressful.The walk to the beach is quite a bit longer than it appears from looking at the map. It takes a good 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach - public access. The beach was lovely! Easy access and bathrooms!Overall the house was fine. We did have one small problem but the property manager took care of it right away and answered his phone every time I called him.

Beach Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my rental experience with my family. The place was clean and inviting. There was a pool directly behind us but it didn’t cause noise issues honestly. We also didn’t go to the pool because we spent most of our time at the beach and on the bicycles. Once we got to the location, I pretty much parked my car for three days and used the bicycles. That was a nice inclusion to the property. Bikes only took 5-10 min to the beach or other locations. I didn’t have any contact with staff outside of people coming to clean the last day. While I wish they didn’t show up at 0915a when checkout is at 1000a (anxiety and all) I do understand a bit. The young ladies waited patiently for us to exit though. Overall i would definitely return to this location. The only thing I could recommend for the property is possibly a dog park nearby or if there is one... directions to it.

A great getaway

If you prefer a pool, there is a pool just out the back door. This is a quiet neighborhood and we couldn’t hear the neighbors. The condo is well stocked with plenty of kitchen items if you decide to stay in and cook. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful Week in Hilton Head!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four and our dog enjoyed a lovely stay at 48 Ocean Breeze. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with clean towels, kitchen items, and beach supplies. There was plenty of space for all. The location was perfect- a short walk or bike ride to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and the community pool is right out the back door. It was so nice to have 4 bikes available which my family used every day! The only small problem, was that our grill was not working. Management responded promptly and brought a replacement grill the following day.
