Recién renovada segunda fila Ocean Home con piscina privada y spa

14 Grey Widgeon es la casa de alquiler de vacaciones perfecta que puede alojar hasta 22 personas. Esta casa de seis habitaciones y siete baños se encuentra en la segunda fila del océano, ¡a solo unos pasos de la playa! El camino de la playa está convenientemente ubicado al lado de la casa, por lo que es un paseo muy fácil a la playa. Esta casa acaba de completar una serie de renovaciones de primavera de 2018.

Esta casa recién remodelada incluye nuevas terrazas, piscina de agua salada, spa de 8 ', ducha al aire libre y más. 1er piso:

La lavandería privada con lavadora y secadora está cerca de la cocina.

Ambas ��reas de comedor están fuera de la cocina también. El área del primer comedor tiene capacidad para seis. También hay un pequeño sofá y televisión de pantalla plana en esta primera área de comedor. El segundo es de nueva construcción y tiene una mesa lo suficientemente grande para dieciséis personas. Este comedor está convenientemente ubicado junto a la zona de la piscina y es un buen lugar para preparar un almuerzo y relajarse mientras contempla la hermosa piscina. Además hay un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. Un segundo refrigerador, doble fregadero y máquina de hielo independiente se encuentran en esta área del comedor.

La amplia sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana grande y un sofá seccional de gran tamaño.

Una de las master suites está en el primer piso. Cuenta con una cama king size y televisión de pantalla plana. El baño cuenta con un tocador doble y una ducha a ras de suelo recién renovada.

Nivel medio:

Directamente desde la cocina, hay acceso al segundo dormitorio ubicado en el nivel medio. Cuenta con una cama queen y una litera completa, además de un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño privado tiene una ducha a ras de suelo.

2 ° piso:

La segunda suite principal es de nueva construcción y tiene una cama king con una litera completa. Hay una televisión de pantalla plana montada en la pared y una sala de estar. El baño privado tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. Esta suite principal tiene un pequeño porche con vista al frente de la casa que incluye una mesa de comedor al aire libre. Además, tiene acceso al patio del segundo piso de nueva construcción con vista a la piscina. We had an amazing stay at this home. So much space, amazing pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. So close to the beach. It was wonderful.

Great space/location and pool!

Loved our stay, and that the beach access was short and right next to the house. The house layout is great for a large group/family, and the house was well equipped with beach chairs, kitchen supplies and came with a generous amount of beach towels! Our only complaint was that one the king room over the garage needs a separate AC unit, the room got up to 90 during the day. Otherwise, great house!

Large Family vacation

This house was great for our extended family of 19. Plenty of space to spread out, and to be together. Pool was large for Sea Pines and had a deeper end which the kids especially loved. Location can’t be beat, one house away from beach and right on the path. Also excellent a/c which we haven’t always had in our rentals. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. We would love to rent this house again!

Our family is 17 and this house accommodated us easily. The public spaces are big and well appointed. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers were so helpful. They have all kinds of kitchen appliances. This house seemed to have been lived in, not furnished by an investor. The pool and the hot tub are big and inviting. Seating is never a problem. The beach is only steps away. The showers to wash off the sand on your return are thoughtful.Everything was clean and well maintained. Some homes work so hard to be "upscale" that no one feels comfortable. This house found the zone of very nice but not uncomfortably so. We had one maintenance problem while we were there and the repair was quick and friendly.

As our family is growing a bit, we enjoyed the extra common areas this house had along with the large outdoor space that we utilized more compared to some other places we have stayed in the past. We easily and comfortably slept our family of 15, including 8 adults and teenagers/kids of various ages. The extra fridge/kitchen area was also an added bonus and fully utilized. The beach was essentially right out the back door. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's very rare today that you actually get MORE than what you expected. However, that is exactly what happened with our recent stay in Hilton Head. The home was close to the beach than expected. The home had more room than we thought it would have and they had more "beach toys" than they advertised, which our grandkids absolutely loved! Everything was in perfect working order and they has an abundance of sleeping options for our young ones. Over all this was a wonderful vacation that our family would like to repeat sometime in the near future.

Beautiful House and Attentive Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. The staff was quick to respond for calls, both during and after office hours. We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was resolved very fairly and professionally.

Reviewer Comments: This home was near perfect for our large family. the house is set up for families with bunk beds in nearly every bedroom. just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The home worked so well for us that we reserved it again for next year.

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week recently with fourteen family members including six grandchildren age four and under. The house was extremely clean and well maintained . The floor plan allowed plenty of room for napping kids to be separated, and large areas where we could all eat or hangout together. It was the perfect location , very close to the beach( which was never crowded). The pool and hot tub were also great .

Huge swimming pool for water play.
