  • Welcome to Ocean Dunes 117!

    This beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. The spacious layout includes a full-sized kitchen, an open-concept living and dining area with a 50" TV, and a charming balcony with direct ocean views.

    The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a 32" TV, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed, a lofted twin, and another 32" TV. For additional guests, there’s a convenient sleeper sofa in the living room.

    Guests can enjoy high-speed wireless internet and access to the newly upgraded oceanfront pool, which is heated to a comfortable 82 degrees year-round and open daily from 9 AM to sunset.

    This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

    Ocean Dunes is ideally located on South Forest Beach Drive, just 70 yards from the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. Enjoy a prime oceanfront setting with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions.

Girls trip rental

The unit was described accurately online. The location is great and only a 10 minute drive to Harbour Town. The unit was easily accessible to the pool and beach. The unit is older, but older doesn’t mean bad just older. The office personnel were awesome to deal with and made the unit a perfect rental for our girls only family trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is just steps to the ocean. Easy to get to Coligny Circle and restaurants. This unit could use a rug at the front door to help catch some of the sand before entering the unit. It also is in need of some new skillets. Dishes, glassware, coffee pot and furniture were all in excellent shape.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed on this property on July 17,18 and 19.In general, I didnot have pleasant experience.1) There were cockroaches in the condo. Big ones. 2) The property as such was old an worn out. The towel handle was broken in one of the bathrooms. 3) Though this is an oceanfront location, there is hardly any view of the beach or the ocean. Its on the ground floor

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was below standards. It was not clean enough for me. Dust under beds and corners. We weren’t given dish soap or bathroom soap. NO washer/dryer in the rental which was a real problem. The coffee pot was broken so I called the rental people. They did replace it for the second day. The sliding door lock did not work. A wood piece had to be put in the frame. The frame was filthy. Sofas were dirty. The pool gate was rusted and the code didn’t work. The pool was fine. The beach was nice!

It would be nice if the villa included towels to be used at the beach/ pool. If towels are lost, charge a fee to replace. Also, there were a few large cockroaches that made an appearance inside the living/ kitchen area. If stay is longer than 2 days, bath towels should be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Nothing super fancy but really enjoyable. Only two issues were the AC was cool enough but not super cold. Also, we only were provided one key to the place which caused a little frustration. The owner should invest in a coded entry door for the condo and upgrade the AC units. If you plan to cook in your condo and need specialty pots and pans, bring them with you. This place has the bare minimum cooking ware.

We really wanted to be on the first floor and close to the pool with easy access to the beach. The unit itself was clean as it can be, but quite dated, stained furniture, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of our last days we came in from the beach to take showers and there was no water. A unit above had a leaking pipe that needed urgent repair, so the plumber had to turn off all the water to the units in our area. However, no one contacted us to tell us this. After trying showers and water in multiple places in the unit, I called the office and they told me. I completely understand the issue, however communication would have been preferred. Overall we had a great trip and tried to spend as little time in the unit as possible

WE HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR THE PAST 25 YRS -- WE PLAN TO STAY HERE AS LONG AS WE CAN!

Unit is very close to the pool entrance, but not directly behind it so we enjoyed sitting on the patio without all of the pool activity right in front of us. There must have been a flood because floors in hallway and kitchen area were warped. When going to step out the patio door the floor was very soft. Back window was a cloudy we couldn’t even see out of it. Shower in master bath needs to be replaced. Knob turning water from tub to shower was stripped so half of the water came from faucet and half from shower head.

The pool was clean and a great temperature. The unit itself was disappointing. The bedroom were dark and stuffy and the bathrooms felt dirty. It was also hard to to get a good water temp in the showers. There was a dead bug on arrival and windows needed to be cleaned.

Not worth the price

Not clean on arrival, hairs and dirt in bathtub, hairs on pillows, silverware grimy with food, plates and bowls also dirty, Floor dirty. Unfortunately there was bad coincidence of a leak in kitchen sink so I had to wash all of those dishes by hand in the bathroom sink and clean all the other messes. When I called the rental number they acted like it was my fault I didn’t want to wait in a dirty place until they opened the next day at 11 to have a maid service come and clean. They just weren’t very nice on the phone, they provided prompt service with the sink tho. It’s really close to the beach but the bed is super squeaky and the air conditioning unit turns on and off with a clunk so your woken up thru the night. We’ve come down to Hhi for 13 years and this is the worst stay. Oh and did I forget to mention the walkways to the beach were completely flooded after partial rain for two days? This place is purely a rental, no owner stays here, there’s no pride in the unit

Great Location!

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect and we could not have been more pleased with how quickly and easily we could get to the beach and the pool. The queen bed was not very comfortable, but the 2 double beds were great. We had no issues and cannot wait to come back in the future!
