We have stayed at Ocean One many times. The condo this year was dirty had hair in tub shower nozzle was loose toaster didn’t work coffee maker didn’t work toilet runs no stopper in bathroom sink. Shower doors not on correct. Mold on ceiling no exhaust fan in bathrooms sheets were old and had balks on them from wear. I think this is enough to let you know how disappointed we were. Won’t be back at that condo ever

Great location and views, dated.

Enjoyed our stay. We arrived mid-morning and were able to get checked in early and into the villa. However, housekeepers had not made it to the villa yet and it was still dirty from the prior guests. Nice to be able to put our stuff down but it was several hours later before the villa was cleaned. Great location and views, the villa overall is pretty dated and needs updating. The place next door has a tiki bar that plays music every night, which is nice but sometimes you just want to go to bed with the sliding doors open to hear the sound of the ocean and not music. Would stay here again, views and location can’t be beat.

Wonderful stay

We've stayed at Ocean One multiple times, but never before at this particular condo. It was nice and perfectly fit our needs. Only negative was that the nearest elevator was out of service for the entire stay and we were on the 5th floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach

Location for access to the beach was great. Nice pool. Convenient location for groceries and walking to restaurants. Property had a keurig as well as a coffee pot.

Nice location, but property needs better cleaning and updating

The location is great. The building and property are nice, but we would have loved it if the pool was heated. We were sad to have lovely mid to upper 70s temperatures and not able to use the pool. The condo really needs better cleaning, updating, and even repairs. We found mouse feces inside the bedding of the sleeper sofa, there were stains of several pieces of furniture, there was a hole in one of the bathroom doors, there was loose plaster hanging down from ceiling in a bathroom, several HVAC vents had caked on dirt, and finally, buy some cheap towels and wash cloths to have a weeks supply for guests.

Great location, beautiful views

We had a great week at Ocean One 503. The location was perfect - easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The room was clean and everything was as promised. Checkin was a breeze. We will be back!

Building mtc and fire alarm impacted stay.

Not sure our experience is fair to judge. To clean the apt hallway, the main doors of the condos were taped sealed and bleach water was used to mop the halls. Somehow during this process a fire alarm was pulled, forcing building evacuation, breaking the tape sealsThis caused bleach water to run into the unit. The smell made the unit uninhabitable and we were forced to checkout after one day of a three night stay.

Ocean One 503

We had previously stayed at Ocean One in a 1st floor condo. This was the first time in a 5th floor condo. The view was excellent. I definitely recommend an upper floor condo. Our condo was exactly as advertised. Just a couple comments. We weren't sure why there were three remotes for the TV in the master bedroom. We probably spent more time trying to figure out how to turn the TV on than we did actually watching it. Also, during our stay, the Tiki Hut Bar next door had live music outside every night. The location of the condo allows you to actually see and hear the entertainment. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening in the evenings. If you are looking for a place to sit on the deck and hear peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. We definitely would stay here again.

Limited kitchen supplies, heavy winter quilts on twin beds, no light weight blankets available.

I have stayed at Ocean One for years, and always have been very pleased. This Condo was dated, and had no greeting supplies available for kitchen and baths. With what we paid, I feel like there should have been more. Overall experience I love Ocean One, but our condo could use some work.

Nice Place

Nice place with a great location and view! Could use some minor maintenance with peeling paint, rusty medicine cabinets, bathroom cabinetry. We appreciated the newly installed laminate flooring in place of the carpet that was previously there. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and nice unit

Location is great. Unit has new floors throughout and was spacious. Needs some maintenance however. Outside Handle on sliding glass door is falling apart. Screen is off track. Master showers faucet handle is loose, dishwasher needs to be bolted down. Very nice unit but suggest owners spend a couple hundred and get these things fixed.

Carpet in master bedrm heavily stained. Needs replacement or deep cleaning. Master king bed mattress worn and sunken. Patio screen door difficult to open/ close, upper & lower tracks need to be cleaned & lubricated. Need a shoe tray near entry door to keep out dirt , and sand. Great location, wonderful ocean view, good, safe parking, internet & cable service excellent. Close walk to shopping, restaurants, bike rental, & entertainment.

Perfect location near bike trails, Cologne, and ocean front. The island is pretty and worth a drive about, but you could park here and not move your car for a week. Second visit to Ocean One property. There will be a 3rd.
