We enjoyed our month in John’s rental. It was clean and comfortable and convenient to the beach and island destinations. John was easy to reach and helped us several times with restaurant suggestions and little issues like figuring out the remote. Great stay.

Clean and well equipped. I appreciated the soap by all the sinks and start up supplies like garbage bags and toilet paper. This complex has so many amenities and we used them all. Access to the beach, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub, courts and more. Host was kind and prompt to answer. He even informed us that the room was ready and we could check in early. So appreciated when you are traveling far. Would definitely go back!!

A little piece of Paradise

Location is great, right about the center of the island beach side. Apt was spacious and clean. Dealing with John was great and communications were prompt. Cafe on the property had great food. Cocos on the beach had a varied menu.

Awesome Hilton Head Experience

A Perfect Beach Getaway for Families!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this short-term rental condo and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The condo itself had undergone a recent remodeling, which added a touch of modernity and freshness to the space. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the host, John, took great care of the property. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible responsiveness of John. He was always just a message away, promptly answering any questions or concerns we had. This level of attentiveness and communication made us feel welcomed and ensured that our stay would be stress-free. What truly made this rental special, especially for families, was the thoughtfully provided beach toys and fun stuff for the kids. The availability of a cage with various beach toys was a fantastic bonus. Our little ones were absolutely thrilled to discover all the goodies waiting for them. It saved us the hassle of packing toys and kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. This attention to detail and consideration for guests' needs truly set this rental apart. While the complex itself was a bit dated, it was impeccably clean. The communal areas were well-maintained, and we noticed the staff's efforts to ensure a tidy environment. Though the aesthetics of the complex may not be as modern as the condo's interior, it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the overall experience.

Our Hilton Head Stay

Location is convenient to everything. Loved the private beach access, pools and pickle ball courts. The only negative was the restriction concerning bikes in the residence. We were not aware of the restriction and that could be our fault for not reading the description of the property better. Our bikes are very high end and we did not feel comfortable having them locked up to a bike rack. This was our 5th visit to the island and have never encountered this restriction until now. For this reason alone we would not use this property again.

Great family friendly place to stay

We had a wonderful vacation here. It was perfect for our family. So many activities right at the villa. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. John was great to work with and helped us with any questions we had.

Relaxing weekend away

This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. John was super communicative and accommodating and even had suggestions on places to eat and activities around the island for our stay. The property was clean and close enough to the beach to walk (~10 minutes). Definitely recommend!

Great spot

The condo was well stocked. We were very happy to be able to use the beach chairs and wagon to help carry them to the beach. It’s a decent length walk but on a nice boardwalk across the lagoon. Cocos at the end of the boardwalk had drinks and good food, and was a cool beachside bar. Inside of the condo was nice and recently remodeled. We'll stay here again.

Perfect family of 6 getaway

My family had a wonderful Easter week stay at the condo! Virtually everything was provided for our use for a week of fun at the beach to accommodate a family of 6. My kids were thrilled with all the sand and beach toys and the wagon, cooler, and chairs were the perfect addition for the adults. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and provides a relaxing and comfortable retreat after beach and resort activities. Plenty of space for our four boys to bunk out in the 2nd bedroom and the master was roomy enough for our baby in the pack n' play to share with us. The kids enjoyed the front porch and watching the activity on the tennis courts. John was very communicative and made our whole process from check in to check out smooth and easy!

Spacious and clean

Our condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. This was our 3rd stay at HH Resort but our first at John’s condo. The condo was tastefully decorated and well stocked with all that we needed for our stay. John was very responsive to any requests we had. If we vacation in Hilton Head in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.
