Ocean Dunes Villas 411 es una cuarta villa frente al mar ubicada a lo largo de S. Forest Beach Drive, una de las mejores playas de la isla. Esta villa de un dormitorio y un baño tiene un dormitorio separado con una cama queen size, cocina totalmente equipada para comer en. La sala de estar y el comedor se combinan con un balcón en la sala de estar con una vista espectacular frente al mar. para disfrutar de los amaneceres y atardeceres de la mañana. Ropa de cama adicional para esta unidad incluye un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar y también dos literas en el pasillo entre el dormitorio y la sala de estar, que son ideales para niños pequeños.

Encontrará Ocean Dunes en el extremo sur de la isla, a lo largo de South Forest Beach Drive, a poca distancia de Coligny Plaza. Excellent place for our family trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my family of 6 (two little kids) loved this unit! The unit was very nice, with the only exception being the worn out sofa mattress which was quite uncomfortable for an adult, but kids don’t mind as much. The view is amazing and unobstructed of the beach. The pool was clean and warm, and easy to access on the way to or back from the beach. The management team was very courteous, and made an impression that they would be available and willing to help should we have had the need. Again we had a fantastic stay and would recommend the unit and rental company.

Disappointed

My husband and our toddler stayed here this past week and killed two roaches “palmetto bugs” (same thing if you Google it) within the first two days of being there. Under the tables and chairs were crumbs and tons of dust. The room smelled old and musty. Had to call and have cleaning services come and clean. Shower drain doesn’t drain well, bed was terribly uncomfortable. This room needs some serious updates and the bug issue addressed immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 4 condos total with our family vacation, everyone’s condos were nice but this one 411 was just ok, it was a little outdated. For me the main bed was pretty bad, felt like I was sleeping on jello, every little mov, it jiggled, not very comfortable ... I’m not a picky person but I wouldn’t rent 411 again if the bed was the same. The view was great and the condominium itself was nice, location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Reviewer Comments: Great location, great view, shallow pool meant that pool was VERY warm (not refreshing), condo was adequate, floor really needed to be cleaned better (MANY long blonde hairs on the floor, hair and other debris stuck to bottom of dinning table legs).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, great beach view and easy access to the beach. It is really nice to have a heated pool for this time of year. The only complaint that I have is the shower had some issues. The drain was slow and caused to fill with up with water. We were also missing sheets for the pull out bed on the first night. They were quick to get them over to us the next day though. I would recommend staying at Ocean dunes and if they fix the shower is his is a great unit for 4 people.

Unfortunate

Reviewer Comments: Our rental had a beautiful view, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the constant odors of cigarette and marijuana smells that permeated the rental due to other guests not abiding by the rental agreement. We called 3 times for assistance and the only thing that was done was some air freshener was sprayed in the room. Traveling with a young child, that did not sit well with me. Air freshener does nothing to eliminate the dangerous secondhand fumes we all were exposed to. I was extremely disappointed with the service, the room, and the fact that the rental property was not better cared for when an obvious violation was happening and clearly apparent. It hampered the entire stay and was so very unfortunate for our limited time away from work to experience this.
