  • Surf Court 62 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. This property is 1.5 blocks to the Atlantic and also to Van der Meer Tennis Center. Forest Beach first floor condo sleeps up to 5. Ground floor flat - no stairs. King in the primary bedroom and a King in the second bedroom. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. Living room sliders to the outdoor patio provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Very clean and amazing condo

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying here. This rental is very clean and updated. It is a very easy walk to the beach right across the street. Next time we are in HHI, we will definitely stay here again if available. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great stay

Stay was as advertised. Power saver on hot water heater was an inconvenience to shut off water heater while family tried to shower in the evenings

It was just a walk across the street to the beach and also a short walk to cologny. I would highly recommend this place for any short trip or week long trip. Super clean and so cozy. We will definitely be staying here in future trips.

Nice, comfortable, perfect for us

we were there for a tennis tournament. unfortunately, it rained most of the time, so the tournament was a bust but condo was nice and good location. I have visited and lived in hilton head for decades (back to late 60's) and these have been around forever....but nicely kept up and renovated. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Place - very spacious

Loved the unit - cleaning was not at a standard level. We shared with the vacation rental manager - hopefully this will be corrected for upcoming guest!

Perfect Girlfriends' Getaway

Our foursome enjoyed this roomy, recently-renovated unit with appliances nicer than I've seen in similarly-priced rentals. The ease of parking in front of the unit was appreciated especially during this pandemic, allowing us to socially distance ourselves from others. Located conveniently to the beach, shopping and restaurants are all pluses. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Two things to be improved are the uneven heating due to the vent in the kitchen with the strongest airflow and much less from the other vents and the addition of overhead lighting in the living room. The property manager answered my questions timely and is also located near the property. We look forward to renting this property again.

The condo is well equipped, clean, comfortable and so close to the beach and Hilton Head’s best vacation offerings. We will not hesitate to rent there again. The only thing missing for us was a Keurig coffee maker which we thought we saw in photos. Such a great place to call “home” while on vacation!

I have been staying at multiple condos/flats and Surf Ct. for many years. The pool and landscaping are fantastic. It is so relaxing. The walk on the concrete path from Surf Ct. to the beach was no problem. We will be back.

The unit is exactly as described - very clean, roomy and freshly decorated - only a 5 min walk to beach and another min or two to get to Coligny and Tiki Hut. Only complaint was the master bed is very firm. All that said, I would stay here again.

Everything worked and was well taken care of (a little mold inside the cupboard above the stove was taken care of right away.). The location was awesome, right across the street from a beach access.

Great location looked as advertised unfortunately, found some bugs

Had a great trip. Overall, the property had a great location to coligny beach and shops. The appliances were updated and the unit was clean. However, we found multiple centipedes in the kitchen area as well as on the primary bedroom curtains. These were a nuisance but we also encountered a large (about 3 inches) cockroach by the washer and dryer. While this was unexpected because the unit seemed well maintained we overall enjoyed this unit and will attribute the bugs to the time of year. Hopefully next time we will not meet the bugs again.

Who doesn’t love Hilton Head?!

We absolutely love the island. Have traveled there a few times and each time it gets better (now that we know our way around)! The location was PERFECT! we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We did feel that both bathrooms (tub/shower area) and the refrigerator could use some updating. We would absolutely stay here again ❣️

Great location

This unit was perfect for 2 couples. We loved the western exposure which meant we got lots of afternoon sun and were able to dine on the outside patio. It is in a great location, minutes from the beach and close to Coligny Plaza and the tennis courts. Our only minor wish is that there was more cutlery supplied. We were constantly washing forks and spoons etc during meal prep and for setting the table. In all we would definitely rent this unit again.
