Good location but needs tlc

We did not have AC working in room that has 2 beds and it was really hot. On the second day that room was manifested with fire ants making it not usable.

Great location, perfect size for our stay

Amazing location close to so much on the island. Easy walk to the sand for beach access. Perfect size for 6 adults to share! The kitchen is well equipped but very small and difficult to have more than one person in there at a time. Also, the downstairs 2 bedrooms couldn’t cool off-luckily there were box fans in each room to help

Amazing vacation!

Wonderful place to stay for our family vacation! The house was very clean upon arrival, and had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable with our adult kids for the week. The rooftop deck was perfect for us for morning coffee and evening dinners. Great location with quick beach access and close to Coligny Plaza for shopping, coffee, and ice cream. Would highly recommend this villa-we would stay here again if we're back in HH!

Ocean Side Coligny on Hilton Head Island

We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with a huge rooftop deck. It’s not fancy but was very comfortable and homey, comfortable beds and furnished with great kitchen items for anything you want to cook. Easy access to the beach and a nice heated pool. Highly recommend.

Great location

Perfect location, very clean, fully stocked with everything imaginable including beach chairs and umbrellas. Would highly recommend for families with children. The rooftop was a bonus and it's conveniently located in front of the pool.

Family vacay at the beach

Our stay was wonderful at 32 Ocean Villa! The unit is so convenient to walk to the beach and the pool is right out the patio door. Coligny Plaza is a short walk away which is awesome! The unit is well stocked for all the kitchen necessities. There is a pac n’play and high chair available in unit in case you need it too (I had called to check prior to flying with them and told there wasn’t so we flew with both - ugh).

Location is great as it's so close to Coligny Plaza, with plenty of shops and dining. Beach location is great, and the Large Upper Deck really sets this property apart from the others. We had a blast!

Great week!

This was a great property and I would definitely stay here again! We had 6 adults and a toddler with plenty of space. The location was great with a 2 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the high chair for our toddler!

Getaway with longtime friends

Wonderful Hilton Head location

Our group of 3 couples had a great stay at this property. The villa itself was spacious and well appointed . We all had our own bathrooms which was perfect. The rooftop patio was a bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was also a huge draw.

Annual Labor Day HHI Trip

First off, this property is one of the absolute best stocked VRBO rentals we’ve ever been in. Plenty of towels for bathing, as well as plenty more for the beach! Kitchen has every gadget you can imagine, and plenty of plates, cups, and utensils too! All our guests and ourselves feel the beds were comfortable too! There are probably only three things (all related to a good nights sleep) that need a renters attention; the lawn care/landscape company mows the grass EARLY Friday morning (around 8am) so no sleeping in Friday due to mowing/trimming/leaf blowing right at your front doorsteps. And on Saturday at 6:45am the garbage man comes through the property with gusto; loud truck, beeping to backup, dragging cans to and from the units and banging the fences closed for good measure! Lastly is the guy with the leaf blower tending to the pool deck area each morning (except Sunday) with his leaf blower at 7:45am or so. These minor inconveniences can be addressed by the property owners with these vendors and would make a great place five stars in my book! The location is a short walk to the beach via a private boardwalk, is an otherwise quiet secured condo neighborhood perfect for relaxing with friends and family, and close to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining options if needed. One thing we loved was the rooftop patio. Great for outdoor conversation and cocktails...but bring BUG SPRAY! The bugs were ruthless for some of us! All in, a great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone searching for a comfortable HHI escape!

So close to beach
