House is clean and beautiful. Spacious. Great location and 10 minutes walk to beach access . A fully equipped kitchen. All beach supplies readily available in garage. Extra fridge was very convenient. Pool was clean and enjoyed by the family.

We had a blast and loved the accommodations. Plenty of room, a relaxing pool, lots of lawn furniture, a gas grill and a number of bathrooms. Our group of 10 had a great stay.

Perfection

This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful; clean house, spacious, perfect proximity to the beach. The backyard was beautiful and the pool was perfect. My only recommendation is that you bring bug spray and citronella candles because the bugs will bite you.

Family vacay for 60th birthday

As a family coming from the Midwest, we were in awe of the beauty of South Carolina!! Absolutely beautiful!! This home we stayed in was perfect for our family of 8 adults. Everyone had their own bathroom which is a huge bonus. The outdoor space was the best part of it all. We ate every meal out on the patio and took part in the gorgeous weather with NO WIND!! Every so often the trees would release leaves and such into the pool, but we would just take turns cleaning it with the supplied tools with no problem. We were allowed to use the wagon to take our stuff to the beach which was very handy!. The walk is a little farther than we expected. More like 15 minutes, but seriously worth the walk!! It’s a very relaxing space and well worth the money. Loved our trip immensely.

Perfection!

This property was absolutely the BEST for our 9 family members! The layout is wonderful! A lovely kitchen and great room with lots of windows looking out on the pool! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! The bedroom above the garage was perfect for two of us! We loved the short ride to the beach and of course having our own pool! I highly recommend this property!

Girls Weekend Get Away

Wow!! What an amazing place to stay!! We loved your home and pool area! Everything was so clean and beautiful. The Dune Buggy to the beach was so convenient picking us up from the house as well as the delicious restaurants in Hilton Head! We will absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again! Excellent house!

The house was clean, spacious and had a great back yard and pool. The beds were very comfortable with each bedroom having a private bathroom. I would highly recommend this house if you have a large group visiting Hilton Head.

Nice mature home

Nice home on quiet street away from plantation hub but close enough for convenience. Home is large with private backyard and a nice 15 minute walk to beautiful beach that is not crowded. Home is older but in good condition and has everything you need, bikes, beach chairs, towels, ping pong table and plenty of space for a large family including a pool.

Great family get away home!

The property was in a great location. Everything was very accommodating. The pool was an added bonus. Definitely a hit with the kiddos and the walk down to the dock, made for a great evening.

Wonderful house

The property was beautiful. The only problem was we couldn’t use the pool for much of the time we were there. The water was very green and got worse every day. The pool people were trying to get it clear but they were unable to. We mostly rented the property because it had a pool. Everything else was wonderful. We fished off the little dock and caught a few really nice fish.

King / West Family

We came together from Atlanta, New Jersey and Wash DC in memory of a family member who recently passed this January. We relaxed, enjoyed the lovey home/pool and had plenty of room to spread out. The house is lovely. We spent more time in the home then expected but it was to get together and enjoy the memories. Pool was so refreshing. Deer in backyard early mornings. Fish were literally jumping in the lake. Pool maintenance was on point. Only suggestion, mildew order in over garage bedroom needs addressing. Not very strong, but noticeable. Will come again. Thanks

Fabulous Family Property

We loved just about everything. Great kitchen, patio, pool and primary bedroom suite. We recommend renting the bikes right away from the Outfitters as you enter Palmetto Dunes! The check in location was a bit unusual but directions were pretty clear. We enjoyed the golf courses and Safari Dolphin Sunset Cruise. Kroger was very convenient. Loved the beach access and riding bikes on the beach.

Wonderful House

House was very clean with spacious living quarters. Pool area had ample seating with direct sun for the better part of the day. It was nice to see an extra full grill tank on the premises. The garage had a ping pong table and many beach accessories including a beach wagon. We will rent this house again.

College friends from 45 years

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the patio and pool area and made a new friend in Lyle the alligator in our lagoon. (Our college dorm name!😀) Palmetto Dunes is beautiful with walking/ biking trails and a shuttle service to get you around. Our only suggestions: new mattresses on the 2 sleeper sofas and twin bed and a larger. Thanks so much! We are planning to return next year!

Great time for a golf trip

Went with three other guys for a three day golf trip. Great location....house was exactly what we needed. The freezer ice maker wasn't working but we just bought our own ice. Wasn't even worth reporting to management. Would stay here again and already decided that may be the plan next year. Heated pool in mid to late April was worth the extra $$ as we used it after golf and at night too. Didn't even know there was a ping pong table in the garage so that was a nice surprise and made use of that too.
