This is a great easy to stay in house, especially with a combination of kids and grownups. The kitchen is well supplied. The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. This is a great house.

Family Fun at 9Hunt Club Crt

Lots of fun things to do at this home - swim or play in the pool, chill in the hot tub, enjoy the movie theatre, play pingpong. Quiet location and only a short.walk or bike ride ro the beach. General Store, PB centre.

Very nice place

Great home, great company, few minor issues

Beachside Getaways managed the property and were very good to deal with. Questions were answered promptly and all staff were friendly. The home was gorgeous...it had some maintenance issues and the cleanliness, especially in the kitchen was weaker than expected for the amount charged for cleaning. the biggest issue was that you had to pay to heat the pool which was not inexpensive. The pool was filthy when we arrived and wasn't cleaned until the afternoon on the last stay so, paying to have it heated was a big waste...that was the only real down point.

Girls Relaxation Trip

We had an awesome time. The prpperty was just as described. Very Spacious. We enjoyed having our separate areas with enough space to come together and hang out. We got plenty of exercise as there were a lot more steps than we expected. The customer service ny Beachside Vacations was impeccable.

Almost Five Star

Overall the property is nice. There are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The kitchen table chair was broken, the kitchen window was broken, a shelf in the fridge was broken so we had to avoid putting items on it, the door to the back deck gets stuck, the carpeting upstairs is worn and needs to be cleaned, the movie theater was nice, but it smelled like mold. A closet with a bed was counted as a bedroom. The yard needs some attention. Notwithstanding, our family enjoyed the property and had a good time.

Family trip

The house is in a great location in Palmetto dunes. Quiet street away from the traffic. The pool, hot tub and backyard are wonderful. The rocking chairs on the front porch are great. We also enjoyed the theater room. The house was very clean too! The house has a lot of steps which can be difficult for older people. The upstairs air conditioning did not work well. It was up to 80 degrees upstairs at times. The property management company was great to work with and responded quickly but it stayed warm all week The 6th bedroom is not really a bedroom. It has a small twin bed pushed against a wall. Not great for a large teenager. Final complaint the furniture in the family room although new and modern is not very comfortable. Overall we love the house and beachside Getaway was great.

Highly recommend!

House was well stocked with everything we needed and more!!!! The walk to the beach was a little further than we would have liked but the pool area was outstanding. Plenty of chairs by the pool for everyone to enjoy family time. The beach chairs and the bikes in the garage were an extra bonus and extremely helpful for everyone to use!

Great floor plan and outdoor space

The house had a great layout for our extended family vacation. The pool and deck areas were wonderful! With littles we did have to drive to the beach, but never had an issue with parking. Only downside was lack of towel rods to hang towels and wet swim suits. We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous Time

The House was fantastic and perfect for our two families. The Theater room worked well and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table. There were some beach chairs, boogie boards and spike ball that were a pleasant surprise. Only two negatives and both are first world problems, but the Wi-Fi was spotty throughout the week. It is a big house, so signal throughout was a challenge and we struggled to keep the pool properly regulated. We thought we were following the instructions on proper use of spa and the pump, but we had to make two calls for a green pool. They came out on Tuesday promptly, but unfortunately, we had the same issue again on Friday. We did keep the skimmers cleaned after the Tuesday call, but all of it was probably user error. Again, it was a fantastic stay and would totally stay there again. The Management company could not have been more helpful as well. Thanks for an amazing trip!

Great beach trip

House was great. Company easy to communicate with. Easy bike /walk to beach . Well stocked kitchen. The blender was broken and they brought a brand new one within an hour after notifying management.

Spacious and relaxing!

Everything was very well-thought out with this rental! The house was well-equipped with all the essential details taken care of so we didn’t have to run to the store as soon as we got there. We paid to heat the pool and even though it cooled down quite a bit at night, the heater caught back up quickly. The kids loved the pool table and theater room. We would definitely stay here again!
