The condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The entire complex was clean and within walking distance to everything inside the complex. We will look to stay here again if traveling to HHI.

Loved the resort!Condo needs to have some attention, peeling paint on cabinets, walls and trim. Window blind in kitchen broken adjustable rod. The way the kitchen ware is arranged there is no room to store pantry items other than on table or counter.Big thing for those of us who are not familiar with technology, it would be nice to have a detailed list of how to use each tv and how to get the stations.Pull chain in master is broken, have to stand on bed to adjust the speed of fan.
Friendly neighborhood alligator.
Love watching the birds!

This is our third girls trip to Hilton Head, our first time staying at this resort. Things we liked about our stay- close beach access, elevator access to the condo, plenty of cookware available, restaurants located within the resort and the fast communication with the host.Things we did not like about our stay- living room set up was not very comfortable for lounging in the evenings, no cell service in the bedrooms (our carriers were Verizon & Spectrum), and the cleanliness of the condo. The beds & toilets were clean, however the other surfaces of the condo needed a wipe down.**We did reach out to the host late on our first night regarding specific areas of cleanliness to which the host responded back the next morning stating the cleaning inspector would like to personally address the issues we reported and also had a gift card to give us as a gesture of goodwill for the experience. However, we were at the beach during the timeframe that the inspector would have arrived. I explained we would be back that evening. We did not hear back from the host/cleaning inspector after this.**Overall- The condo is in a great location, and could be such a great vacay spot with the proper cleaning and small updates for a more comfortable living space.

Great place

Spacious condo with all the essentials! We have been coming to HH for decades this was our first time in this complex. Great property. Not a great view of the ocean as shown. Still a very nice balcony. The room was mostly clean. The floors could’ve been better our feet were black from floors.a minor inconvenience just had to wash feet before getting into bed. Location was good also..we would stay here again.

Great Condo

This condo is great. Clean! Well stocked and good amount of room. Quiet for the time of year we were there. Communication with the manager was five stars. They would answer within minutes with every question I had. The kitchen has everything and more! The master bed is not super comfortable for our liking but some others may think it is perfect. Book this, you won’t regret it.

Enjoyed this condo!!!! Loved the ocean view from deck and how close it was to walk out on beach. Walked to pickleball court super close. Great communication. Resort was great location on the island and near golf courses that we had booked.

Hilton Head perfection

This property is perfect proximity to the beach with all the amenities you could need for a beach vacay; chairs, blankets, and a quick little walk to the shore. We came with a 10 year old and 6 year old, and they loved the easy access to the water, the pool, and the ease having two beds. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo on Ocean

Everything was as it was advertised! Perfect set up for a week long family getaway. I had to work some while there- WiFi connectivity was excellent. Owner of property was so responsive to text. Really had a great experience and can’t wait to visit again.

Great location

The hosts are great and the location is great. The cons for us were that the kitchen is stocked a little oddly. No spices (including salt and pepper), oil, or anything of that nature. An over supply of plates for such a small unit (such as a service for 16 or more). Would have preferred more cabinet space for the food I brought. I had to move stuff to make an empty cabinet. And was disappointed that there wasn’t even the minimal salt and pepper on site. Unfortunately I also have to also say that all four mattresses in the unit are super uncomfortable. I was in the master and it felt like a mattress at a Motel 6. For those not familiar with that chain it is a crappy cheap American motel chain. My back hurt after each night of sleep which has never happened to me. The pros for the unit are the people that manage it. I think we will go back to that resort but would try another unit that hopefully will have better beds and a better kitchen setup.

Great getaway with a view of the ocean

The property was very nice and had lots of amenities. The TV in the bedroom didnt want to stay connected to the internet (which was challenging to watch TV) but otherwise a great condo!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

We were big fans of the property for our family spring break (2 adults, 3 kids). The unit had everything that we needed, and there were no surprises, which left us enjoying a peaceful few days at the beach and Hilton Head. The walk for us to the beach was always easy, and the balcony view gave enough to satisfy during mornings with coffee. We didn’t swim at the pool as it isn’t heated and it was March, but this didn’t bother us as we had great weather for plenty of beach days. We would easily do this again. Thanks!

First Time in HH and Extremely Pleased

Very comfortable and stylish furnishings, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Loved hanging out on the balcony with our morning coffee and gazing at the beach. Thanksgiving visit

The space was clean and well appointed. The keurig was missing a part so didn’t work and the oven wasn’t true to temperature; it ran about 20 degrees colder than the setting so thanksgiving dinner was later than we’d planned, but all in all a nice visit.
