Venga a disfrutar de esta villa completamente remodelado! Nueva cocina completa con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos. Nuevas alfombras y baños actualizados en el segundo piso - piso en la primera planta que acaba de instalar. Dormitorio 1 - cama de matrimonio con baño completo, Dormitorio 2 - doble en literas completas con baño completo. (Sleeper sofá también si es necesario). Villa tiene lavandería, patio al aire libre con una parrilla y suministros de la playa para su conveniencia.

Great location

This is a great location. Nice decor and great televisions. Great air conditioning. A couple of things we didn’t notice/realize is the Master does not have a king bed. Investment in some more full pillows would be a nice touch. Also just a few small repairs are needed. Especially in the bunk room. A bunk ladder step was missing. No towel holders in either bath. Some WD 40 is needed for squeaky and sticky doors. We enjoyed the pool. Nice landscaping.

Amazing stay

We have stayed in this complex before, and this was probably our favourite unit. It was nice and clean and everything was in great shape. The BBQ worked well and all the appliances worked great. AC was nice and cold and we were always comfortable. Wifi was fast and TV had plenty to watch. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Location

You can't find a better location. Owner and property manager easy to contact and quick to respond. The space in the condo is very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Even though this condo is in the heart of all the action, it was quiet. This villa could use some updating and/or a deep cleaning. We would rent this unit again. Had a fabulous time.

Great communication with property owner. Everything you need including beach towels, chairs, pushcart, umbrellas. 10 minute walk to beach, steps from pool, 5 minute walk to Piggly Wiggly market, restaurants & shops at Coligny plaza.

Perfect Hilton Head location

This condo was perfect for our family! The location is great in Coligny and has the beach, restaurants, grocery and shopping all there just a short walk away. The condo itself has everything you need. The patio area is great and looks right into the courtyard where the pool is located. So many pretty mossy trees. I was obsessed! We would Definitely go back!

Our yearly stay at Hilton Head

Property was nice. Kitchen utensils could have been better but I understand people dont treat your belongings like their own. A mixer would have been nice. Everything else was as advertised. We had a great stay here. I highly recommend it.

Winter escape

It is in a fabulous location - beach , groceries, restaurants are all within minutes of walking, and yet the complex is quiet and feels and is isolated from noise and traffic. Some aspects of the unit are slightly dated but overall it is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. We stayed for 3 months and would do it again in a heartbeat. Liz the owner is very responsive and helpful.

Rental owner extremely helpful! Relaxing stay with quiet, secure courtyard. Walk or bike to lots of shops, restaurants and of course the beach! Beautiful beach with room to stretch out. Loved the electronic door lock, beach towels, cart, chairs. We would stay again.

Fantastic location, great stay!

Great location, walkable or bikeable to anything you’d want while visiting. We stayed for a month and the villa was very well equipped for a long stay. Great setup! The listing was very accurately represented. Highly recommend and will likely rent here again!

Nice place in good location

The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking and beach supplies (chairs, boogie board, beach cart, towels, and umbrella). The beach was 5 to 10 minute walk and many restaurants and stores to walk to. Bike rental was in walking distance and we rented bikes which we were able to ride to many other parts of the island.

Super quick walk to the beach!!

Great location and photos were accurate. So close to lots of restaurants and stores. The kitchen is small and there are some things that could use updated, but overall, it was very nice. The community was nice and clean. The master bed was very uncomfortable, but the other beds were a 4/5. This is perfect for a family or one couple.

Great Condo in a Great Location

We had a fabulous stay at this condo in the heart of Coligny. It was so great being able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Working with Liz was great. She responded quickly and made sure we has everything we needed. Hope to be back!

Great place to vacation!
