We had a wonderful relaxing time. This home is absolutely beautiful! Well laid out with great amenities! Very convenient to everything in Sea Pines. We will definitely be using this host again. Their communication with us was very prompt with our questions. Great folks and very easy to work with on details for arrival and departure.

Nice, quiet and not too far from beach

Everything was as described. The beach was about a 12 min walk away which wasnt bad and we actually enjoyed the stroll. We had plenty of room and check-in and out instructions were clear. We would stay again! Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location!

Loved the location and space. Had some issues connecting to internet all week and family room TV would not sync so we were not able to watch tv in that room. All in all enjoyed our time on the property.

Hilton Head vac

We had a blast! Place was very nice and clean. Access to bike path was awesome ! You don't have to use streets to get a lot of places. Grounds were very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be back

Fantastic House With Easy Beach Access

What a great house and a great location for easy access to the beach. Just a very short walk and even quicker bike ride. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I brought my daughter in law and two teens and we all had space to spread out when we were exhausted in the evenings after a long beach day. Enjoyed watching the bikers from the dining room table. We left something behind and when I contacted the hosts they were amazing and very accommodating. I only have good things to say about our stay and our hosts and we will definitely be back. Miss it already!

Beautiful & Great Value Home

We really liked the house, especially the kitchen! It was roomy to have a few people in there at once. Our friends that visited and who were staying in another home, also really liked it. It was reasonably priced considering the size of the home. However, there isn't a pool, or bikes/chairs that other properties offer, that come with it. That was fine for us because we really appreciated the price point, especially for the area. We bought beach chairs from a store and rented bikes from a nearby shop, whom the property management recommended, which was better priced than the one I was originally looking at. If you read from other guests about the AC temp limit (no cooler than 70/72), it's a true request from the property management, with a potential penalty incurred if service is required on the units. I agree that this is a stinky request, and if the units are the problem, which we believe since they're 19yo, then considering updating them would be a good investment to allow guests to make the home comfortable for them. After all, they are on vacation and want to be comfortable. However, our week of stay was a cooler week, so it wasn't an issue for us to make a big complaint about. They also have ceiling fans that help, too. It's something to know going into it though if that matters to you. Property mgmt responded quickly to the couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Wry nice house!

Great Family Getaway!

This was a great location for a family vacation! It was close to all that Sea Pines has to offer within a short bike ride or walk. Our kids (ages 3, 5, 6 & 6) were able to navigate the bike paths and loved exploring the nature all around.

Island Love

This was our first trip to HH Island and it did not disappoint. The house was welcoming and charming. It had everything you needed for a week long vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, smart tv’s, and bathroom essentials. Laundry was a bonus! It was a 15 minute walk to the beach when carrying all your beach equipment. It was an easy walk and the paved path was so nice. You could run, bike, or just walk as an everyday experience. We had deer every morning in the back yard. The beach was soft with NO SHELLS OR ROCKS! The water was 85° - incredible. We cannot say enough about the owners. They were so responsive as we had a calamity of events created by us :). We would 100% rent again! Thank you Flanagan Family.

Quiet retreat in the heart of Sea Pines

Great place! Bigger than we expected. Our family was so pleased to have so much room to spread out in this classic HH style ranch home. And we were able to see deer in the yard a few times during our stay on Deer Run Lane. The washer/dryer worked very well too. Towels were dry quick - better than with our bigger dryer at my house. We recommend renting bikes to get around, a bike path runs behind the house but it isn't terribly busy and we heard no noise from within the house from the folks passing by during the day.

Quiet Sea Pines neighborhood

The Sea Pines area is our favorite location of the island as it is beautifully landscaped with a quiet neighborhood feel. We particularly liked the bike and walking paths including the one behind the house. Plenty of things to do with the beach, restaurants and shops. It’s approximately 1400 steps to the beach from the home using the path behind the house. We had not reserved bicycles before we came which was a mistake since they were sold out. Similarly, we learned that we did not have any access to the pools or to the beach chairs at the Sea Pines beach club. Many of those were rented months in advance. We also learn that the Sea Pines Beach club allows 50 cars and then those spots are taken. The first day we went there in the morning, we were not able to get a spot. I returned the following day by 8 AM and grabbed one of the last options. If you plan to park there, make sure you get there early in the morning! There is a park and ride to hop on the free shuttle which also can drop you off at this location. It seems that additions have been added to this home over the years and likely the AC has difficulty supporting the square footage. We are used to sleeping with a cooler temperature and the check-in directions to this home required us to keep it above 72°. The two larger bedrooms have ceiling fans but the one with the bunkbeds does not. We were hot each night. Additional upgrades recommended- Invest in AC unit to support the size of the home and some quality mattresses. Our 18 year old daughter slept on one of the bunks. We discovered that a thin foam mattress was directly on top of the slats for the bunk room. I’m sure these work great for small children but I wouldn’t plan on having adults stay in that room. The master bed was also a foam mattress with an egg crate on top. Our favorite part of the home was the sunroom. Although we did not cook during our stay or use the grill, The sunroom has a large table which would be great for family dinners and the kitchen appear to be well stocked. They had a large Ninja coffee pot. Another helpful addition would be a Keurig, even if it’s a single serving one. We really appreciated that this rental included the basics like dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, linens, And even laundry detergent. Very helpful not to have to pack those. Thank you so much! Overall a good stay and wonderful neighborhood.

Almost Perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay! The only thing I can think of that would’ve been the icing on the cake would be a pool at the house. But, the house was great! The owners have thought of everything 😊 The kitchen even had a slow cooker and that made things so much easier for me to feed the family. Just took a few minutes prep in the mornings threw it in the slow cooker and away we went to enjoy our day at the beach, sight seeing and riding bikes. We had an amazing time and loved how accommodating the house was. It was plenty big we could enjoy our time together or at times be separated. I would love to stay here again! My only recommendation would be more wash cloths. It would’ve been nice not to have to wash towels everyday so we would have enough clean for showers each day.

A lovely home

We had a wonderful visit to this home. It is nicely decorated and very clean! The areas of the home were designed with a renters eye in mind. The beach was an easy walk and the area is very private. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will be back!

Nicely redone. Bedrooms spaced out well. Great kitchen - everything you need. Good location in Sea Pines. Quiet street. We have rented all over Sea Pines, this house is a great option

Spring Break at Sea Pines, South Beach area

House was fabulous. Quiet street in southern part of Sea Pines with backyard access to the walking/bike trail. Home well appointed, updated. Spacious ranch layout. Spotless. Great baths and showers, it is a true 3 bedroom 3 full bath. Plenty of space for parents and kids to be together or apart. Several modern TVs with easy use. Kitchen with all we could need and more for cooking/heating up/breakfasting. Nice coffee maker with its washable filter was used daily! Hosts were a pleasure to work with. I love the Sea Pines Southern live oak canopy, and this house is true to that feel. I would highly recommend to families of teens or younger kids.

Bright woodsey bike path to the beach.

Enjoyed seeing deer each day. 15 min walk. 10 on bikes. Easy to get to harbortown and south beach as well as the ruins. Enjoyed the entire area including golf practice area.
