  • Come enjoy this wonderfully updated two-bedroom oceanfront condo located in the Hampton Place complex within Palmetto Dunes!

    The Kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and custom cabinetry while providing everything you'll need should you want to cook for the family. The dining area seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Enjoy oceanfront views from almost every window!

    The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, upholstered chair with ottoman, a large smart TV and balcony access with bar height table and four chairs for al fresco dining.

    The Primary bedroom has a king bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom that was renovated in 2023 which has an oversized tiled shower featuring a rain shower head plus a handheld, bench seat, and temperature control valve.

    The guest bedroom has two double beds with balcony access along and en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub.
    Outdoor seating on your private balcony with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean is something to truly behold!
    Complex pool hours are subject to change.

The space was well organized, clean and every possible appliance and utensil was available. Palmetto Dunes it a great resort. Love the location with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. expected...was amazing. Great visit all the way around. A previous guest dumped a bunch of sand in the master bathroom sink...but repairs were performed quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5206 Hampton Place exceeded our expectations! The pictures online were nice but this unit was even better in person. First off, it was extremely clean. The unit is furnished beautifully and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Such a gorgeous master bedroom and ensuite bath/walk-in closet. The kids shared the other bedroom which also had it's own bathroom and closet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, barware and gadgets. We loved how much tupperware with matching lids was available. We cooked in alot and it was helpful to have containers for leftoevers. It was also very nice to have a few laundry pods, dishtabs, toilet paper, paper towels and soap at every sink provided. There was even travel size shampoo/conditioner for each guest.Remember to bring bring your own beach towels, as none are provided. We missed that part and ended up buying some beach towels across the street at TJ Maxx. We also rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Hilton Head Outfitters on site. There are chairs and umbrellas for purchase and set up on the beach but HH Outfitters was much for economical. If you don't mind carrying your chairs and umbrella to the beach, rent through HH Outfitters.The grounds of Hampton PLace were very well kept and we constantly saw grounds crew tending to the landscaping and pools.The pools are very nice and there are restrooms, a gym, and outdoor showers/hoses for apres beach.We enjoyed golf, tennis, riding bikes (both on the paths and on the beach) and mini-golf down the road. There are an endless number of restaurants and shops, should you venture out.We did rent a car and there is plenty of covered parking below the building. You can lock your bikes in the garage too.We would highly recommend this unit and Hilton Head/Palmetto Dunes in general. There seemed to be something for everyone. The location of Hampton Pla

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo 3 times including our 9/9-9/16/23 visit. The unit is in excellent condition. It has beautiful furnishings and was perfectly clean. There was one thing that could have been better though. There was a sewage smell coming from the sink drains in the master bathroom. We did not call to have that addressed. We just closed the sink stoppers when we weren't using them. That is a plumbing issue, not a housecleaning issue. Even with that, we had a great stay.

Not only was the location beautiful and the property spotless, but the owners are extremely hospitable with the items provided for your use. There are appliances in the kitchen for us that I don't even own. Wonderful experience!
