Great location on the Beach

great location close to everything, walk onto the beach, ocean view from lanai. Host is readily available and communicates well, offered early entry upon arrival. Unit is small but plenty of room for two adults, only cons is AC doesn't cool the bedroom and provisions were lacking, make sure to bring your own coffee, soap, shampoo, t-paper, etc

The condo was great, but a few things could’ve made it outstanding. For the cleaning fee, the room wasn’t as clean as we hoped. The baseboards and drawers were dirty. Also, there was one cabinet in the kitchen that was filthy. On day one we walked barefoot through the condo and our feet turned black. Also, the condos upstairs allowed children to run (more like sprint) back and forth through the halls and rooms 24/7. They would keep us up late and wake us up early shaking the whole floor everyday. The bedding was super comfortable and clean!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic. The apartment was modern and clean. Excellent communication with the host. Great oceanfront condo for two in convenient location

My wife and I really enjoyed our 6-night stay on what was our first trip to Hilton Head. This ocean-view condo is small but perfect for two, and was clean and modern, and in a good location near Coligny Plaza. The unit is a short walk to the beach, and plenty of parking was available, even for our pickup truck. The instructions and communication with the owner, Kendall, and overall responsiveness to questions, were absolutely top notch and contributed to our positive experience. We also appreciated the beach gear in the unit (cart, chairs, backpack cooler, etc.), and umbrella & chair rental service is also available at the beach. We would rent this unit again if available.

This condo is so beautiful! It has a great view of the ocean and an easy walk there. The bed is so comfortable( I always look for this when I look at reviews!) You would not regret staying here, it’s so convenient to shopping, eating, bicycling too. The owners are outstanding to work with. If I could give more stars I would!

Wonderful location

We had an excellent stay in this condo and loved having an ocean view from the balcony! So close to the beach, and we also enjoyed being close to Cologne Plaza for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend! It was a bit small for 4 people, but fine for just a week. I’m very picky about beds and found the king sized bed to be extremely comfortable!

Family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! We particularly loved having direct beach access and not having to cross any busy streets or find a parking spot in the busy public parking lot. Having a place to wash the sand off our feet and stuff prior to going back into the condo was great. The location was excellent and close enough to walk to several shops and restaurants. The condo itself was clean and well kept. The king bed was comfy (we did not use the pullout bed), and we had plenty of room for our pack n play for our baby. It was great to have breakfast while watching the ocean from our balcony. It was very nice to have beach toys, a wagon, and chairs available. The TV’s were a nice size also. This location had everything we needed and we had a great time!
