We cane to Hilton Head with our family of 11. The house was set up perfectly for a large group and so comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings and swimming in the pool in the afternoons. Then a nice walk to the beach for shell hunting. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The house was located at the end of a quiet street, yet just a short walk to Coligny Plaza for great food and shopping. The owners and the property managers did a great job communicating with us before and during our stay. We had such a great experience we booked again for next year!

Lots of amenities and bedrooms/baths! Not a bad walk at all to the beach... 2 short blocks and you are there! The pool is delightful to come back to and plenty of good seating around the pool. We had 6 adults and 6 children and everyone was comfortable. Great restaurants and ice cream very close. Coligny shopping area is a kids dream, lots of cute child friendly shops and nice shopping for adults at Shelter Cove right down the road. Perfect quiet location under the trees.

Perfect home for a perfect family vacation. Enough space for 14, ages ranging from 7-70. Each couple had a master, teens had their own space and a bunk room for the littles. The house was thoughtfully designed, organized and stocked. Every detail was considered. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch daily overlooking the large pool. The property manager and owner was very welcoming and communicated before/after to make sure we were set, they even shared videos on how to use remotes, hot tubs, etc. I cannot say enough great things about this house and location. We rented a golf cart to help my mom to the beach but it was a close walk (7 min). The location to restaurants, shops, entertainment were great. We brought bikes and buzzed around on the golf cart to coligny which was fun for all. Thank you, Kevin and Juliette for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Amazing property

We have been coming to HHI every year for over 25 years for our family to spend a week together. this property and house is perfect for our family. The kitchen, dining, family area is all open and we had sing alongs and large family (17) meals. The pool is very refreshing and the outdoor screened porch and fire pit area are great for conversations. The walk to the pool is very easy to do. We had a great time.

A sweet time with family

This was our first time renting this property but definitely will not be the last. The owners were very concerned that our needs were met for our stay. They were very prompt in responding to emails and text. The property has every detail attended to for a wonderful stay. They house was very clean and accommodated our family of 14 very well with plenty of room. The property manager came by to ensure our needs were met and came quickly to help resolve our need for a pack and play. Attention to detail is all over this beautiful home. We packed only our clothes and did a pick up order for groceries. It was very nice to have the beach towels and chairs provided for us. The children loved the toys and the pool! The outside is just as comfortable as the inside. A very well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals to enjoy as a family. The large table accommodated us all and they even supplied a high chair for the infant. Mornings on the screen porch with coffee were wonderful! We easily walked to the beach in minutes, refreshed ourselves in the pool and hot tub during the afternoon and again enjoyed the screen porch in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head and will make it an annual event in this beautiful home for our family. Thank you to the owners and property manager for your thoughtfulness in making this a great vacation!

Perfection

Multigenerational fam (ages 14-82) thoroughly enjoyed this immaculate house. Location was perfect for biking to Coligny (walking also easy). Beach access much closer than map indicates. Pool clean and we spent hours in it daily. We played ping pong & corn hole inside on rainy night. I loved that this house was quiet and serene yet close enough to get to wherever you wanted. Adam & team extremely responsive, even tho no probs on my end. HIGHLY rec this home.

FANTASTIC HOUSE

The communication with Adam and the property management team was exceptional! This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we LOVED the house. We kept saying this house was well thought out, it has everything you will need. We used the high chair, pack in play and they even has a booster cushion to use! The backyard had everything you will need. The pool, hot tub, two tvs(the kids thought was so cool), the bar, ping pong table and the fire pit, I cant say enough about how wonderful it was. SHORT WALK to the beach was such a hit especially when taking the kids(4 months to 15years old) All is provided, backpack beach chairs, umbrella and the beach wagon. We had a large group and we couldn’t have asked for a better house!! Very CLEAN and having a bathroom for every room was great. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and the tv room:) We go on a family trip every year and this house has been the best for our large group. I cant stress enough how important the communication is with property managers and this far exceeded our exceptions. We would LOVE to stay here again!!!

Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When not on the beach, the group enjoyed the pool, hot tub and all the amenities. The communication with the property manager could not have been better. We would love a return visit.

Great house!

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head for 10 years. This is the first time staying at this property and it was absolutely perfect! I love that every bedroom has its own bathroom so everyone has privacy. The kids loved the bunk room as it was basically their own suite. Elevator was very convenient when unloading our luggage/groceries. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We loved having the garage open to the pool. Great space to store all of our outdoor toys at night and for people to get out of the sun. The outdoor bathroom comes in handy when poolside. Communication with owners and property managers was super easy. Overall, this house has everything to make a vacation packing friendly. We come from Ohio with multiple adults and kids so its nice to be able to lighten the load when packing for this trip. This house is great! We will absolutely be booking this house again!

Perfect place to stay for our week in Hilton Head

This was our first time in Hilton Head, and we couldn’t have picked a better house. The house is new and has everything you will need. Great layout, spacious, and liked having a bathroom in each bedroom. Short walk to the beach with the provided backpack beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon to carry it all. We especially loved the backyard. It was private with plenty of room for us all to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and relax in the sun. The hot tub tv, bar, and extra fridge in the garage were great additions. Many hours were spent swimming and playing ping pong and corn hole. It was nice to end the night around the bonfire. The owner and property manger were easy to work with and checked to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely rent this house again. We wanted to stay a few more days :)

Great House for Large Family

We have been coming to HHI for many years, this though was the first time we have ever rented via VRBO on the island. It was a great experience! The owner was so informative and the property manager was easily accessible but of course it is all about the house. This house did not disappoint. The location was perfect ( a short bike ride to Coligny), the outdoor living area was fantastic (loved the fire pit), and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and easily accommodated our large family with plenty of room. Thank you for a great week.

Family Vacation

We absolutely LOVED this house! Couldn’t beat the location - only a short walk from the beach, and quick bike ride/drive to Coligny Plaza, but yet tucked away on a quiet street with privacy. The house is equipped with anything and everything you need for a relaxing and fun week, from the kitchen, to the outside bar with ice maker and additional fridges, bathroom next to the pool, hot tub, outdoor TVs, beach chairs/wagon and so much more! Communication with the owner and local property manager was easy, always received a prompt response. It is apparent the owners have put a lot of thought into every detail of the house to ensure an amazing experience for all who stay. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Perfect for us!

This house was perfect for our large group! My family and I have been vacationing in Hilton Head for almost 20 years and this is by far our favorite house! The house is very spacious and even with 16 people it never felt cramped! We loved the pool, hot tub, and screened in porch. The ping pong table was also a hit! It is in such a convenient spot on the island— super close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We loved pretty much everything about it! I would definitely come here again!

Friends & Family trip

Four families came together to rent this beautiful home. It had many amenities for us to enjoy our week. The home was very comfortable for our group of 15. We spent of a lot of time hanging around the pool, playing corn hole, ping pong, and bucket ball. The screened in porches were a nice hang out spot as well. The beach was a short walk or bike ride straight up the road. We would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing place!

We were celebrating my parent's 55th anniversary with this trip, and we could not be happier! The house is amazing and the outdoor space, the screened in porch were incredible! Short walk to the beach! We would love to come back here. If you need anything, the owner and property manager are great to work with!

Family Vacay in HHI

Our family has been traveling to HHI for vacations for the past 16 years, staying at a number of houses on North Forest Beach. We can unequivocally say this has been our favorite vacation home we have had so far. The house was so well thought out and well appointed, we didn’t want to leave. There was plenty of covered spaces for rainy days, a beautiful pool area, and a short walk to the beach made this the perfect place for our stay. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. The house itself was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious, and it was such a treat to have king beds in most bedrooms (instead of two doubles to increase the sleeping capacity). Communication with Adam and the property managers was effortless, and they made our stay wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about this house. I hope we can get back soon!

Perfect Vacation Home

This was the perfect vacation home - from all the amenities to its ideal location. The home accommodated our large family gathering with plenty of space so we did not feel crowded. We loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, grilling fresh fish from Bluffton Oyster and chilling in the hot tub. Even on rainy days there was plenty to do at the house. The host was always available to provide island recommendations and answer any question we had. Thanks for a great vacation and we will be back soon.

Fantastic!

I travel a lot and stay in quite a few VRBO homes...this is my new favorite! The home is brand new, beautiful, close to the beach and had every amenity you could wish for and more. The ground floor entertaining area with pool, hot tub, fire pit, seating, ping pong, and bar...perfection! We love to cook and had a large family gathering for the holidays and an 80th birthday. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever experienced in a rental and made our communal meals so much fun to prepare. The floor plan of the house is ideal with comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms and plenty of space to find privacy..but has the ideal gathering area with a large sectional and massive dining table where we all could hang out together comfortably. From the screened porch, tasteful decor and the little extras.. (lots of towels! starter kit for bathrooms! Ice maker!) the owner really has thought of everything you would need for a beach vacation. The icing on the cake was the communication from the owner and property manager. We had a few minor issues that were handled quickly and courteously. (One was related to extreme weather..the other just a new home tweak.) I rarely stay at the same place twice..but we are already planning our next stay.
