Perfection

Location was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this brand new home. All furniture and bedding was pristine and kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend to anyone vacationing with a large group.

The house was meticulously designed and has everything you could possibly want. Location is perfect, the house is amazingly comfortable, the space is perfect for families or groups of adults. Light switches were comprehensively labelled and the instructions for the TV were well-written. My only complaint (very minor) is that the kitchen supplies were a little skimpy. Overall, a first rate experience!

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I rented this home for four weeks. we were joined by other couples - as many as two at a time, and the beautifully appointed house was always spacious, comfortable, well located, and just first-rate all around. We were also very impressed by all of our interactions with the property management company - they were always pleasant, very responsive and efficient. A great rental experience!

From the crisp cleanliness to the location of the beach.. idk what was better. We had a couple issues that the Island Home addressed almost immediately but it was nothing that will make us deter from this being our new fav! You will love everything about this house!

Beautiful secluded house right next to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful visit at this gorgeous home! We had so much fun at the beach (2 minute walk) and pool that we literally went nowhere else. The home is impeccably decorated and well-appointed with everything you need. The pool and spa were the perfect temperature during our June trip without being heated. The backyard is secluded and well maintained. The outdoor kitchen is a nice touch, and we had many meals by the pool. The home can accommodate larger groups easily, but also was great for our family of 5. Highly recommended!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled to stay in this beautiful home! All of us at different times said we wish we owned this house, even the grandchildren. We felt it was living in simple elegance the entire week. The bathrooms were great with wonderful showers and tub, the outside area with pool and hot tub were our afternoon mainstay. The wonderful kitchen stove and countertop space allowed us to cook many meals together.The upstairs was a dream for the grandchildren with the cozy nooks loved by all. another feature we thoroughly enjoyed was the beautiful porch space with ceiling fan and heaters if needed! bringing in groceries with an elevator was most helpful to us also. I could go on and on... location fabulous we cant wait to come back.
