  • Welcome to Ocean Dunes 202!

    This beautifully furnished one-bedroom villa offers comfort and convenience with a full kitchen, a combined living and dining area, and a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The living room also features a queen-sized sofa sleeper for additional guests. Enjoy partial ocean views from the private balcony, where you can relax and savor the coastal ambiance.

    Each unit at Ocean Dunes provides complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.

    Take advantage of the newly renovated oceanfront pool, which is heated to a comfortable 82 degrees year-round. The pool is open daily from 9 AM to sunset.

    Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property located just 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive. It's conveniently close to Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park, making it easy to explore dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

    This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

    Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks products!

    Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

The property was very enjoyable....however the couch and some of the covered chairs showed wear and may have been a bit dirty. Other than that all was well.

An Amazing Stay in a Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful get away for my wife and I. We loved every moment here and would definitely come back! Plenty of great options to eat on the island - my wife has celiacs disease and there were some good options for her (we only wish we had been able to go to the GF bakery!).

Clean Property with Nice Beach Access, Heated Pool is Bonus

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay this last week at Ocean Dunes. The property was as it appeared in the pictures online. Our condo was clean and the property itself was well maintained. The property company was nice, well informed and helpful through the entire process. However, the property has a VERY bad damp smell coming through the AC units. You can smell it as soon as you walk in the condo. We had to shut our AC unit off for the week. Luckily the weather we had appointed us to do this and still feel comfortable in our condo. You could smell the musty damp smell when you walked up upon the condo building and then down the steps through the outside "hall" to the pool. It was overwhelming. We will not stay at this complex because of this. Location is good; close enough to Coligny if you have bikes to ride there. The heated pool is the big draw at this condo. It's warm and clean which is a huge bonus on a cooler day. Great paved path to the beach.

Great location. Charming unit

We vacation in HHI often and enjoyed this unit. Master Bedroom comfy. Had some trouble with getting stations on TV, could have been me. Please consider adding bottle opener. wine bottle was sad.

We enjoyed the property. Shower had one glass panel missing replaced with shower curtain, which worked fine. The entry door needs some work, the door locks but doesn't look truly secure. Apartment itself was clean and comfortable

Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine, Construction was noisy in AM, The bed on the head board was loose and needs attention, I know they can't get a king bed in the but to small ones may have been better . iF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE TELL PEOPLE FLYING IN A RENT A CAR IS A MUST IT WAS $89 PLUS TIP AND U.S. EXCHANGE AND THERE WERE NO CARS IN HILTON HEAD TO BE HAD TILL MONDAY. THE RENTAL WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH CHEAPER AS WE HAD TO TAKE CABS ALL WEEKEND ADDS UP

The only problem I had was parking was limited and I had to park across the street at the main office one night.
